    Rất cám ơn về bài thi và đáp án để thi bằng lái xe ở Texas,mình mới sang Houston,Texas được 1tuần và "hơi" bị tệ về tiếng Anh nên muốn hỏi thăm bạn xem có thể "cứu bồ" cho mình phiên bản tiếng Việt dể mình dễ dàng "ngâm cứu" ,mình thành thật cám ơn bạn rất nhiều về điều này đó. Không biết các bang khác như thế nào nhưng dù bạn đã có Driver License ở các tiểu bang khác, bước chân vào tiểu bang California, bạn vẫn phải thi lại phân LÝ THUYẾT mà thôi (khỏi phải thi lại phần LÁI/THỰC HÀNH).

    Có một điều bạn cần phân biệt: ở Mỹ, các tiểu bang là một Nhà Nước, một quốc gia nhỏ (a state) trong lòng một Nhà Nước lớn (the United States- Hợp Chủng QUỐC (gia)- liên bang) cho nên các tiểu bang sẽ có những luật lệ, quy định riêng bên cạnh những luật lệ, quy định chung áp dụng trên toàn quốc, toàn lãnh thổ, toàn liên bang Hoa Kỳ. Quy định về bằng lái xe ở mỗi tiểu bang nằm trong đặc tính này. Nó khác với đơn vị hành chính ở VN khi mà một nước (a state) có nhiều tỉnh (provinces) nên bằng lái xe ở VN có giá trị trên toàn quốc.
