We have many ideas or many ways to avoid the detrimental factors which affect your health. Staying healthy, in my opinion, means eating a well-balanced diet, getting regular exercise, and avoiding thing that are bad for your body and mind.
Firstly, a well-balanced diet is essential for good healthy. Nutrition plays a key role in maintaining good health and preventing many diseases. The modern life makes you feel comfortable and busy; therefore, you do not have enough time to care about your food and sometimes you need to take fast-food, which has a lot of hazardous factors such as high fat, high glucose, and little vegetable in order to save your time. However, good nutrition can be kept simple by following some basic rules : keeping fat intake love, eating food high in carbohydrates, avoid too much sugar, limiting salt, and eating a lot of fruit and vegetable.
Secondly, a healthy lifestyle is an active life. Physical fitness is necessary for good healthy. the life with lack of proper exercise can cause tiredness, poor general health, and obesity. Many recent scientific researches believe that walking 30 minutes per day is very good for health, especially your heart.
Finally, good health is acquired by saying "no" to bad habits which modern life brings to us. Smoking, drinking, overeating, and overworking are detrimental to your health. Balanced life is needed for everybody to keep healthy and you need to avoid situations that are constantly stressful.
