1.Một lá thư đã được gửi cho luật sư của Anh về Bảo trợ tài chính vì chưa hoàn thành. Và nộp lại bảo trợ tài chính này cùng với các bằng chứng tài chính như đã có trong danh sách checklist. NVC kêu phải nộp cho NVC để tiếp tục xử lý hồ sơ của Anh.
2. “To download the appropriate Affidavit of Support form(s) and instructions please visit:

http://nvc.state.gov/aos for English or http://nvc.state.gov/aos/espanol for Spanish, Anh dowload mẫu bảo trợ tài chính ở link trên.
3. Tất cả giấy tờ của hồ sơ Anh sẽ được gửi cho luật sư. Nếu Anh không có nguyện vọng nhờ luật sự đại diện nữa, thì liên hệ với NVC qua email hoặc qua địa chỉ sau

1 Kẹp theo mã vạch , bare code sheet , trên đầu các trang giấy , cho từng loại giấy tờ hồ sơ .

2 Ghi rõ ràng số CASE NUMBER HCM........ Trên góc trên bên phải cho từng loại giấy tờ hồ sơ .
3. Đính kèm với thư checklist này, gởi về đúng địa chỉ NVC đã cho.

Dạ thưa ACE như NVC gởi mail như thế thì trong vòng 6 tuần tới hồ sơ của em sẽ được NVC xem xét đúng không ạ? Nếu không thiếu sót nữa thì NVC sẽ sắp xếp lên lịch PV sau 6 tuần phải không ạ?
ACE cho em hỏi hồ sơ có hi vọng tiến triển trong vòng 6 tuần tới không?

mong ACE tư vấn giúp e,cám ơn ACE

Đây là email của NVC yêu cầu Anh viết lại câu hỏi và gửi lại cho NVC, và phải viết bằng tiếng Anh, có đầy đủ các chi tiết case number HCM2010750103 và tên người bảo lãnh, tên người được bảo lãnh cùng với ngày tháng năm sinh. Đây là những yêu cầu rất căn bản mà các thành viên trên diễn đàn khi gửi email cho NVC đều phải ghi. Có thể Anh viết không đầy đủ nên NVC mới yêu cầu như vậy.
Hiện tại hồ sơ của Anh đã hoàn thành theo như thư email của NVC gửi ngày 06/10/2016 trong các bài viết phía trên của Anh. Nên Anh cứ đợi một thời gian để NVC sắp xếp cho một cuộc phỏng vấn tại Lãnh sự quán.
Email trên lúc này cũng không quan trọng nữa vì hồ sơ Anh đã hoàn thành.

Em cũng mong là hồ sơ của Anh sẽ sớm có thư mời phỏng vấn, vì hồ sơ của Anh đã hoàn thành, và vì đã qua ngày ưu tiên của Anh lâu rồi. Cứ cuối tháng hoặc đầu tháng, Anh kiểm tra email nhiều vào, hy vọng sẽ có sớm cho Anh. Mong điều tốt đẹp nhất sẽ đến với Anh.

Thưa ACE hôm nay e gọi lên NVC theo số:603-334-0700
e và người nhà gọi liện tục vào NVC để hỏi ngày có lịch pv nhưng ko được ai trả lời,ko ai bắt máy.
Mình còn có cách nào khác,hay 1 số điện thoại đầu line khác để gặp được customer service của NVC ko ạ?
