HS bạn đã completed rồi. Bạn chỉ chớ pV nữa mà thôi. Theo như 1 số thành viên nói có 1 số bạn F2A có ngày ưu tiên trong tháng 03/2008 đã nhận được thư mời PV trong tháng 7 này. Nếu điều này chính xác thì trong tháng 7 hoặc tháng 8 này bạn sẽ được PV. Chúc mừng bạn. Thân chào

HS bạn chờ PV, Nhớ chuẩn bị I-864 cho đầy đủ nhe (Vì I-864 của bạn có vấn đề nên chắc chắn LSQ sẽ kiểm tra thật kỷ I-864 của bạn).
- Hiện tại ACM cũng chưa biết chính xác là: NVC sẽ tính tuổi CSPA vào ngày đáo hạn trước kia hay là tính theo ngày đáo hạn mới.
- Một số người cho rằng: Chỉ những HS nào completed trước 31/12/2010 thì mới được khoá CSPA.
- HS bạn thì lại completed vào ngày 26/01/2011.
- Diện F2A có thời gian chấp thuận HS rất nhanh (không như F3, F4), nên việc tính CPSA cũng không được tốt lắm (thông thường thì được trừ đi 3-4 tháng so với tuổi của mình mà thôi)
- Trường hợp xấu nhất thì bạn bị chuyễn xuống F2B.Hy vọng NVC tính theo ngày đáo hạn củ. Thân chào

Bạn phải nhanh chóng đến sở Tư Pháp làm lại Lý Lịch Tư Pháp cho kịp ngày phỏng vấn, và đến xã (phường) để xin Giấy Chứng Nhận Độc Thân nếu là nam trên 20 tuổi hoặc nữ trên 18 tuổi.
