Em có kiểm tra số case number của hồ sơ gia đình em. Nó hiện lên như thế nay

hồ sơ nhà em 4 người nhưng giấy bái đóng tiền chir có ba mẹ em. Em đuọc biết là đã đóng tiền phỏng vấn từ lâu rồi. Nhưng sao tới giờ vẫn chưa thấy giấy phỏng vấn. Khoing biết có bị trục trặc gì không nữa.

Theo những thông tin mà bạn cung cấp ở trên.
Dựa vào bảng tính tuổi CSPA có kết quả sau:
1/. Anh bạn sinh ngày 26/09/1991, dự đoán ngày đáo hạn trễ nhất là 10/10/2017.
2/. Bạn sinh ngày 05/03/1993, dự đoán ngày đáo hạn trễ nhất là 20/03/2019.
Cả 2 anh em bạn đều đủ tuổi CSPA được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình. Nhưng tuổi thực hiện tại đã trên 21 tuổi rồi, vì thế gia đình bạn cần phải tuổi hành khiếu nại tuổi CSPA cho 2 anh em bạn. Người khiếu nại phải là đương đơn chính của hồ sơ này (tức người được bảo lãnh chính).
Có 2 cách khiếu nại tuổi CSPA.
1/. Khiếu nại tuổi CSPA ở NVC, khi hồ sơ còn đang ở nơi này chờ xem xét hoàn tất complete.

2/. Khiếu nại tuổi CSPA ở LSQ Hoa Kỳ tại TP.HCM, khi hồ sơ đã hoàn tất complete được chuyển về nơi này, thì khi đã nhận thư mời phỏng vấn, trước khoảng từ 10 - 15 ngày, đương đơn chính sẽ tiến hành điền đơn khiếu nại tuổi CSPA cho 2 anh em bạn.

Em lây ID number vào xem thì thấy tên ba mẹ đã đóng tiền, hiện lên chữ paid và complete. Như vậy là gia đình em đã đóng tiền phỏng vấn và đơn DS 260cũng đã được điền rồi.
Hồi cuối tháng 4 gia đình có nhờ luật sư làm giúp, thì. Luật sư bảo là gia đìnhem bị thiếu giấy tờ. Đầu tháng 5 mẹ và cậu em ( NBL ) đã nộp tất cả giấy tờ vào thêm một lần nữa.và hiện tại thì nhà em đang chờ thôi ạ.

Dạ em làm đúng như vậy rồi ạ. Và đang chò trả lời .
Cho em hỏi mình liên lạc với NVC bằng 2 mail vó được không. Vì lúc trước khi hồ sơ còn nằm ở trung tâm chiếu khán em có liên lạc bằng mail đầu tiên, sau đó khoang tháng 11/2016 em liên lạc bằng mail thứ 2. Giờ em hỏi thì bằng mail đầu tiên lại. Tại em sài 1 lúc 2 mail. Không biết có ảnh hưởng gì không?
Hay là mình hỏi bằng mail nào thì NVC sẽ trả lời qua mail đó
Cho em hỏi mình liên lạc với NVC bằng 2 mail vó được không.
