Hồ sơ của anh mình:HCM2002556012,diện F4 ngày ưu tiên:19/06/2000, mở vào ngày 31/03/2010,nhưng anh mình không điền đơn gởi cho NVC,nay anh mình muốn đi gọi cho NVC họ trả lời là: đã trả hồ sơ về lãnh sự quán tp HCM.Vậy hồ sơ anh mình đã bị huỷ chưa?nếu chưa thì phải làm sao?mong diễn đàn trợ giúp,Tôi cảm ơn rất nhiều.

F4 hiện nay đang phát thư mời PV cho những HS có PD từ 15/2/2001 trở về trước. HS của bạn đã vượt quá ngày ưu tiên, bạn nhờ người bảo lãnh gọi điện thoại trực tiếp vào NVC, hỏi tình trạng HS. Hay Bạn vào đường link sau chọn mẫu thư thích hợp gởi NVC hỏi tình trạng HS của bạn.

Khi vào đó bạn điền thông tin vô ô trống như trong hình bên dưới, tôi đã điền sẵn cho bạn rồi, chỉ thiếu phần email address họ hỏi bạn gửi email cho LSQ lần thứ mấy? nếu email gần nhất của bạn gửi cho LSQ ngày nào thì chọn bên dưới ngày tháng năm gửi email. các thông tin còn lại thì điền giống như trong hình, sau đó xem kỹ lại và bấm nút Submit ở dưới cùng, gần dòng chữ "màu đỏ" là xong rồi đó, bạn chỉ chờ hồi đáp của LSQ.

Lảnh sự quán hoa kỳ thông báo ,cho đến ngày hôm nay ,vẫn chưa thể sắp xếp một cuộc phõng vấn cho trường hợp hồ sơ gia đình bạn .Ngay sau khi có thể sắp xếp một cuộc phỏng vấn ,Lảnh sự quán sẽ thông báo ngay cho bạn biết .
LẢNH SỰ QUÁN yêu cầu bạn liên hệ với LSQ vào thời điểm CUỐI THÁNG TIẾP THEO .

Trước đây hồ sơ mở thì có tên 2 vợ chồng tôi + con sinh năm 1990, quá trình LSQ gởi thư phỏng vấn ngày :17/04/2012 lộn địa chỉ ,gia đình tôi không biết,nay tôi được gọi phỏng vấn này 17/12/2012 thì con tôi không có tên.Vậy tôi xin hỏi diễn đàn :
+bây giờ tôi phải khiếu nại như thế nào?
+có cách nào tôi gặp trực tiếp LSQ để hỏi không?
