Anh chị dịch giúp em với.NVC gửi cái này cho cậu của em.Nhưng em không hiểu lắm.

Bạn không nên kết hôn trong lúc này, như vậy là phạm luật, khi nộp HS bảo lảnh cho vợ ở USCIS (Sở di Trú), SDT truy ra và biết được thì HS sẽ bị bác đơn ngay, cách tốt nhất là: Qua mỷ có thẻ xanh rồi về lại Vietnam tổ chức đám cưới và làm hôn thú rồi quay lại Mỹ làm bảo lảnh cho BX như vậy mới hợp lệ. Anh ơi HS đã complete ngày 27/06.Nhưng sao ngày 22/07 còn nhận một checklist như thế này ạ.Anh xem lạ

Chính xác là HS bạn đã completed on 27/06/2011. Còn thư check list mà NVC gởi cho bạn thì nói là HS bạn bị missing.. nhưng nội dung check list thì không yêu cầu bổ sung giấy tờ gì hết.... có thể tạm thời NVC đã completed HS của bạn, nhưng khi PV bạn cần phải bổ sung 1 số giấy tờ bị thiếu cho nhân viên LSQ. Thân chào

Bây giờ mình chỉ đợi có thư mời phỏng vấn,scan những giấy tờ như trong diễn đàn nói,điền form của lãnh sự quán và gửi đi thôi đúng không ạ.Tại e nôn quá ấy mà, đang sợ là không biết là có dược đi cùng với gia đình không nên hơi nôn nóng.

Anh chi cho em hỏi mẫu đơn I797 có xin lai được không. Tính hình là người nhà em bên mỹ bị trôm đột nhập dọn sach nhà luôn rồi nên những giấy tờ bảo lãnh đều bị lấy hết luôn. Em đang lo lắng không biết sao đây nữa. Phải làm gì bây giờ hả anh chị.\
