1/. Ngày ưu tiên Priority Date, phải có đầy đủ ngày và tháng.
2/. Ngày chấp thuận Approval Date.
3/. Ngày, tháng, năm sinh của bạn, chứ chỉ có năm sinh không như thế? thì khó thể tính chính xác tuổi CSPA được.

Dựa vào bảng tính tuổi CSPA có kết quả sau:
Bạn sinh ngày 28/08/1999, dự đoán ngày đáo hạn trễ nhất là 21/08/2023. Trường hợp này của bạn đủ tuổi CSPA, nhưng khi hồ sơ đến lượt đáo hạn để mở, thì tuổi thực hiện tại của bạn đã trên 21 tuổi rồi. Vì thế sắp tới khi hồ sơ đến lượt, gia đình bạn cần phải tiến hành tuổi CSPA cho bạn, mới được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình.
Nội dung trên USCIS thông báo như sau:

Bây giờ điều tôi cần phải làm là gì vậy ad?
- ad cho hỏi: tên và họ người được bảo lãnh sẽ phải viết theo trình tự như thế nào là đúng đối với tên 4 chữ ( ví dụ: Nguyễn Thị Thu Thuỷ) sẽ viết đảo lộn như thế nào mới đúng.
- ad cho hỏi: ngày ưu tiên là như thế nào, nếu có sẽ được ưu tiên như thế nào?. Tôi có người cô sống bên Mỹ, cô ấy bảo lãnh gia đình tôi cùng với gia đình cậu A, gia đình cô B, gia đình cô C để đi định cư . Nhưng sau lại chỉ có gia đình cậu A và gia đình cô B là có ngày ưu tiên, 2 gia đình còn lại thì không có ngày ưu tiên. Khi hỏi lại người bảo lãnh thì cô ấy nói rằng cô ấy cũng không biết tại sao lại như vậy. Mong ad giải thích giúp tôi ạ. Cảm ơn ad nhiều.

Việc cô bạn bảo lãnh cho bao nhiêu gia đình, thì khi nộp hồ sơ bảo lãnh ban đầu cho Sở Nhập tịch và Di trú Hoa Kỳ USCIS, ngày họ nhận hồ sơ của người bảo lãnh là cấp biên nhận Receipt Number EAC0808311441, tức đã có ngày ưu tiên rồi. Bạn nên hỏi lại thông tin này ở người bảo lãnh, chứ bạn kêu tôi giải thích là giải thích như thế nào chứ?
