Toi có diền đơn I-130 và có receipt WAC dang chờ đợi đả nộp ngày 6 tháng 4 năm 2011 là hơn 2 tháng, bây giờ thì nhận được email từ DV INS . vì trước khi chưa điền đơn I-130 tôi có vào mạng đăng ký Lottery Visa của INS..
minh đả nhận được Notice I-797 Approved. Vậy tôi có cần làm cái DV Loteery vía này không.
