Ngày 10/03/2017, Sở Nhập tịch và Di trú Hoa Kỳ USCIS có nhận đơn Form I-30 số biên nhận WAC1790242557, hồ sơ đang ở giai đoạn xem xét ban đầu chưa được chấp thuận Approval Date.
Bạn nên chủ động liên hệ với USCIS để hỏi tình trạng hồ sơ của mình.
1/. Người bảo lãnh gọi điện thoại theo số: 1-800-375-5283.
2/. Người được bảo lãnh, gửi email theo hướng dẫn sau:

Hiện tại diện visa F2A đang xem xét đến trước ngày 08/11/2016, và mở hồ sơ đến trước ngày 01/12/2017, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 10/03/2017.
Vì thế bạn cần phải chủ động liên hệ với NVC, để hỏi hồ sơ sắp được mở chưa?
