Hiện tại diện visa F3 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 01/07/2005, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 26/11/2007. Theo dự đoán phải chờ khoảng gần 2 năm rưỡi nữa mới đến lượt đáo hạn, được xem xét giải quyết. Tuy nhiên còn tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch visa hàng tháng tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Khi lịch vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên NVC sẽ thông báo, và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho gia đình bạn.

thông tin đầu tiên nhận được từ diễn đàn hồ sơ còn nằm ở NVC và chờ khoảng 2 năm rưỡi mới tới ngày đáo hạn.
Bây giờ NVC hướng dẫn thực hiện 6 bước ( Trước đây hơn 1 tháng tôi kiểm tra ở phần kiểm tra ở NVC cũng thông báo như vậy)
Hôm qua tôi có viết thư Ask NVC hỏi về tình trạng của hồ sơ HCM2008802018 What is the status of my case? ( trước đây chưa từng liên lạc).
Xin hỏi các anh chị em trên diễn đàn lúc này tôi phải tiến hành như thế nào?

không biết khi làm hồ sơ ba tôi có nhần lẫn ở chỗ nào không vì hồ sơ ban đầu làm diện F1 sau đó tôi lập gia đình ( có hôn thú), ba tôi nói đã chuyển qua diện F3

Tôi có hỏi NVC về tình trạng của hồ sơ (What is the status of my case ). Chờ NVC trả lời rồi mới hỏi hồ sơ đang ở diện nào hay tiến hành gởi thư hỏi tiếp hồ sơ đang ở diện nào ? ( tôi có hỏi ba tôi ở bên Mỹ bảo chưa nhận được thông báo gì của NVC và lúc trước ba tôi đã nhận thông tin hồ sơ cuả tôi đã chuyển từ F1 qua diện F3)

To establish which petitions are eligible for visas, the Department of State issues a monthly publication called the Visa Bulletin.

The Visa Bulletin provides a list of cut-off dates that are used to ensure the number of immigrant visas issued each year does not exceed the legal limit established in the INA. Cut-off dates are categorized by foreign state of chargeability and preference category. Only a petition with a priority date that is earlier than the cut-off date is eligible for a visa and consular processing. Please note this petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category can be found at the end of this correspondence.

The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin. This allows ample time for the petitioner and applicant(s) to obtain and submit all required fees, forms, and documents. This petition, however, will not be eligible for an immigrant visa interview until its priority date is earlier than the cut-off date established in the current edition of the Visa Bulletin

NVC đã nhận được những yêu cầu của hồ sơ gia đình bạn, và hiện tại đang lưu giữ tại nơi này, cho khi đến khi nào hồ sơ đến lượt được đáo hạn, thì mới được xem xét giải quyết.
Hiện tại diện visa F3 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 08/07/2005, và hiện nay đang đứng yên, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 16/11/2007. Theo dự đoán phải còn chờ khoảng 2 năm rưỡi nữa mới đến lượt được xem xét giải quyết. Tuy nhiên còn tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch visa hàng tháng tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Khi lịch vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên NVC sẽ thông báo, và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho gia đình bạn.
1/. Tiêu đề của topic đã được chỉnh sửa theo yêu cầu của bạn.
2/. Thường tên, họ, sẽ ghi giống như trong passport (hộ chiếu).
3/. Bạn đã từng liên hệ với NVC thông qua địa chỉ email rồi, thì nên sử dụng 1 địa chỉ email cố định, không cần phải thông báo thêm địa chỉ email nào nữa cả.
4/. Đã gọi là dự luật, thì chưa có gì gọi là chính thức để mà áp dụng hết.

Người bảo lãnh trong giấy khai sinh có ghi đầy đủ ngày tháng năm sinh.
Người được bảo lãnh trong bản sao giấy khai sinh không có ghi ngày tháng sinh của người bảo lãnh ( người cha ). Người con có cần làm lại bản sao giấy khai sinh có đầy đủ ngày tháng năm sinh của người cha không ?

Tronbg hồ sơ bảo lãnh ban đầu gởi cho USCIS thì người bão lãnh có ghi đầy đủ ngày tháng năm sinh của người bảo lãnh, còn người được bảo lãnh chỉ có năm sinh của người bảo lãnh trong bản sao giấy khai sinh ( không có ghi ngày , tháng )

Nếu xin điều chỉnh lại giấy khai sinh được, thì bạn nên liên hệ để mà thực hiện. Còn nếu như không, thì khi đi phỏng vấn phải mang cả 2 giấy khai sinh của người bảo lãnh, và người được bảo lãnh. Khi Viên chức LSQ có hỏi đến thì gia đình bạn phải trình bày lý do với họ.
