Bạn nên gọi fone trực tiếp cho NVC . Còn mail sẽ mất từ 4 - 6 tuần để được trả lời

The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin. Nôị dung của email nay giải thích lý do vì sao mà NVC chưa thể cấp cho bạn case number được. Lý do là tại vì sở di trú giới hạn số lượng visa cấp ra mỗi năm. Do vậy tuỳ thuộc vào ngày ưu tiên của bạn (priority date) có trước ngày cut-off date hay không.
Bây giờ bạn chỉ có thể chờ cho đến khi NVC công bố ra cut-off date mới thôi.

Bước thứ hai trong quá trình giải quyết thị thực định cư là tiến trình tại Trung tâm Thị thực Quốc gia.

Trường hợp hồ sơ của bạn là bình thường , không có gì phải lo lắng cả .

Thông thường khoãng sau 30 ngày NVC nhận được hồ sơ do SỞ DI TRÚ chuyển đến , NVC sẽ cấp một số case number cho mổi hồ sơ .
Nhưng đôi khi cũng có những trường hợp hồ sơ , NVC chưa kịp cập nhật , như trường hợp hồ sơ của bạn , thì sẽ chậm có số case number hơn những hồ sơ khác .

Hôm qua em mới nhận được case number và nhiều bước tiếp theo, em không biết nên làm những gì, em rối quá anh chị giúp dùm em.

Rồi yêu cầu vợ cũng y chang như trên sau đó có gửi 1 file đính kèm nói về Document Cover Sheet với 1 list các loại tài liệu, em hoang mang quá ! Mọi người giúp em với !
