anh cứ dùng email của anh gửi tới NVC, mặc nhiên NVC sẽ cập nhật địa chỉ email của anh vào danh sách email liên lạc đối với hồ sơ. Không cần phải đăng ký anh nhé

Tôi được khách hàng bên Mỹ gửi thư mời qua tham quan cty và bàn công việc kinh doanh, cho hỏi tôi đang có hồ sơ bảo lãnh vậy tôi có thể làm hồ đi du lịch qua Mỹ được không và khả năng được cấp visa du lịch có cao không? Trường hợp nếu tôi bị từ trối cấp visa du lịch thì có ảnh hưởng gì đến hồ sơ xin định cư or phỏng vấn xin visa định cư sau này không?

Du lịch và định cư là hai việc khác nhau. Bạn đi du lịch thì cứ mạnh dạn làm hồ sơ để xin Visa du lịch còn việc visa được LSQ chấp thuận hay không là tùy vào hồ sơ và mức độ tin tưởng chứ không ai có thể nói hồ sơ bạn có khả năng bao nhiêu %. Nếu bạn bị từ chối visa du lịch thì cũng bình thường không ảnh hưởng đến hồ sơ định cư hay PV sau nầy.

NHƯNG LƯU Ý: làm hồ sơ du lịch phải khai sự thật _ không gian dối ... đi đúng thời gian cho phép, nếu LSQ phát hiện có gian dối hoặc quá hạn visa thì có thể ảnh hưởng về sau cho hồ sơ định cư hoặc cấm vĩnh viễn bạn vào Mỹ dưới bất cứ hình thức nào.

Cảm ơn Duc Tran, nhưng sao tôi ba tôi hỏi luật sư bên Mỹ thì họ nói không nên làm hồ sơ di lịch vì khả năng bị từ chối cấp visa rất cao??? Mà nếu bị từ chối cấp visa thì sẽ ảnh hưởng đến việc xin visa định cư sau này (vì LSQ họ sẽ lưu trữ thông tin của mình lại trong hồ sơ bảo lãnh...). Hiện tại tôi đang phân vân không biết ntn? có ai rơi vào trường hợp này chưa???

Ah còn về hồ sơ xin đi du lịch tôi nói rõ hơn để diễn đàn góp ý thêm:
Cty tôi bán vải cho cty may tại Việt Nam (có hợp đồng hóa đơn chứng từ đầy đủ), và cty may này thì may áo, quần xuất trực tiếp cho cty bên Mỹ (cty của tôi không bán vải trực tiếp cho cty bên Mỹ). Nhưng do nhu cầu thị trường bên Mỹ nên phía cty Mỹ viết thư mời cty tôi qua tìm hiểu thị trường vải bên đó và bàn việc họp tác kinh doanh.

Bạn tin tôi hay LS là quyền bạn nhưng tôi đã trải qua thực tế là đi du lịch, khi 6 năm sau mới đến hạn giấy tờ bảo lãnh. Khi PV du lịch , CO nói nên đi đúng hạn kẻo ảnh hưởng gto bảo lãnh sau nầy.
Còn bạn tôi đi du lịch rớt 3 lần trong 5 tháng nhưng hai năm sau vẫn đi định cư theo bảo lãnh bình thường ... khi bạn tôi rớt du lịch CO còn khuyên thôi chờ đến hạn đi diện bảo lãnh chứ tại thời điểm nầy không cấp visa du lịch cho bạn được.
Rất nhiều người vẫn đi đu lịch khi đang có giấy tờ bảo lãnh ... và cũng rất nhiều người bị từ chối visa du lịch vào Mỹ khi đang có bảo lãnh ... tất cả đều bình thường ... đơn giản như đang giỡn !!! không có gì ảnh hưởng cả nếu ta làm không gian dối.
Còn hồ sơ du lịch của bạn như bạn kể thì CO sẽ cứu xét để Yes hay No về cấp visa.
