Hiện tại F4 đã PV các hồ sơ có PD đến 08-Nov-2000 rồi.

em f1 pd 23/12/2004 chấp thuận 8.1.2010 . vẫn chưa có giấy mời pv . em đã giử mail được 7 ngày rùi :113: a/c topic cũng nên giử mail . còn gọi thì em (no in lịch) :1:

Cám ơn mọi người rất nhiều.Mình đã gởi mail cho NVC rồi,nhưng họ trả lời như thế này:

Immigrant visa petition HCM2005667013 is currently on a list of completed cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers. This petition will be eligible for an immigrant visa interview when a visa number is available per the Department of State's Visa Bulletin. The current edition of the visa bulletin is available on the following website:

The visa bulletin contains a list of cut-off dates divided by foreign state chargeability and preference category. Only petitions with a priority date earlier than the cut-off date are eligible for a visa and consular processing. This petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category are given below:
Please note that the applicant(s) on this case should not make commitments such as disposing of property, resigning employment, or confirming travel arrangements at this time.
We updated the email address for this case. Please continue to notify the NVC of any change of mailing/email address, or change in personal situation that may affect the principal applicant's entitlement to a visa.
