Chào các chú, hum qua 23/12 con có gửi mẫu hỏi ngày phỏng vấn ở trang http://hochiminh.usconsulate.gov/contact/ivinquiries.html thì nhận dc mail:
"We have not received the mentioned visa petition. As all petitions are forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) after U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approves the petition, you may wish to contact the NVC to ask about the petition. Their contact information is:"

Trong khi đó cách đây khá lâu, ngày 13/8 con cũng đã gửi 1 mẫu tương tự như vậy, nhưng nhận dc mail thế này:
"The F-4 immigrant visa petition was filed on October 26, 2001, known as the priority date. The priority date is not current for visa consideration. The petition will be retained at the National Visa Center (NVC) until the priority date is current. At that time, the NVC will contact and schedule a visa interview for the beneficiary. We cannot take any further action on this case at this time. Due to legal annual numerical limitations on visas in this category, consular officers are only currently authorized to process applications in this category with priority dates before June 22, 2001. For further information concerning the petition, please contact NVC at:"
