Trước tiên em xin cảm ơn sự quan tâm giúp đỡ của Anh vuthangsi.
Em có 2 vấn đề xin được Anh tư vấn thêm.
1/ Tất cả Hồ sơ : sổ hộ khẩu, CMND, hộ Chiếu, giấy khai sanh , LLTP của em và mẹ( đương đơn chính) đều không có ngày tháng. Chỉ có năm sanh.
2/ Em là người đi theo . Sanh năm 1990 theo em được biết thì em đã quá 21t.
Vậy từ giời đến ngày phỏng vấn gia đình em phải làm gì ạ.

Em đã goi điện cho ông ngoại thì ông ngoại bảo là NVC không yêu cầu bổ sung hồ sơ gì nữa cả.

Khi nộp hồ sơ bão lãnh thì khai sanh me và em đều ko có ngaỳ tháng.
Hôm giời em và me đã làm lại khai sanh, CMND,Hộ khẩu ... Đều đã có ngày tháng. Nhưng vẫn để ở nhà Ko gửi NVC . Vì ông ngoại bảo chỉ làm sẵng để đó khi nào đi PV mới dùng, chứ bên NVC Ko yêu cầu bổ sung giấy tờ gì thêm.
Khi nộp hồ sơ bão lãnh thì khai sanh me và em đều ko có ngaỳ tháng.

NVC yêu cầu bạn gởi thư và kèm theo các chứng từ có ghi cụ thể
1 họ và tên
2 ngày tháng năm sinh .
cụ thể là GIẤY KHAI SANH , CMND, HỘ KHẨU .....(SCAN CÁC LOẠI GIẤY TỜ NÀY GỞI KÈM THEO MAIL ),
cách ghi họ tên ngày tháng năm sinh như đã hướng dẫn ở trên .
Bạn cần đọc kỷ các hướng dẫn trả lời .
nếu cứ tiếp tục gởi thư với các thông tin cá nhân không đúng , bạn cũng chỉ nhận được các email trã lời tương tự từ NVC như ở trên thôi .

Bạn phải xem kỹ lại email bạn đã gửi cho NVC, có sai sót trong phần thông tin của người bảo lãnh hoặc người được bảo lãnh.

Ngày 5/4 là nhà em PV .
Nhưng có 1 vấn đề em Ko biết phải làm thế nào xin AC hướng đẫn giúp em.
Khi nộp HS cho NVC nhà em đã nộp bản sao giấy khai sanh CMND,Hộ khẩu …Ko có ngày tháng chỉ có năm sanh. Vì Ko có ngày tháng nên 2011 NVC đã kêu bổ sung khai sanh bản chính và (cũng Ko ngày tháng).
Vì sợ khai sanh ko ngày tháng Ko hợp lệ. Ko thể làm hộ chiếu,LLTP,…khám sức khỏe sau này nên cuối năm 2012 nhà em đã tự lên phòng hộ tịch yêu cầu cấp lại khai sanh có ngày tháng (theo luật muốn cấp lại phải nộp lại bản chính .vì nhà em đã nộp cái này cho NVC Ko lấy được nên báo là mất)
Khi được cấp lại khai sanh mới nhà em đã làm lai tất cả CMND,LLTP,Hộ khẩu có ngay tháng (01/01). Thư PV NVC gửi về cũng để 01/01.
Vì sợ lúc PV người ta sẽ hỏi tại sao 1 người lại có 2 bản chính khai sanh(1 mới,1 cũ) nhà em Ko biết sẽ phải giải thích như thế nào cho hợp lý.
Rất mong AC nào có kinh nghiêm chuyện này xin chỉ giúp gia đình em.
