Cháu sinh ngày 21/5/1993, cháu sẽ 19 tuổi vào ngày 21/5/2012. Cháu qua Mỹ ngày 19/3/2012 diện IR2 do ba dượng bảo lãnh ở California. Dượng cháu là cư dân tiểu bang từ năm 1986. Vậy nếu cháu nhập học khóa summer 2012 có được tính là in-state student không ạ?

Since students 19 years of age and older have had the requisite one year to establish residency, they must prove their own residency.
