Năm 2007 ba em ( lúc này có thẻ xanh thôi làm giấy tờ bảo lãnh 3 anh em. tới 2009 thì 2 đứa em phỏng vấn và đi ( do dưới 18t) còn em thì đợi (em sinh 26/02/1987 trên 18t) , đến 05/10/2012 ba em thi đậu quốc tịch và bổ sung hồ sơ. nay em nhờ Anh/Chị kiểm tra tình trạng hồ sơ dùm em, em đơi khoảng bao lâu nữa thì đến lượt. em xin cảm ơn.

Nội dung email trên NVC thông báo đã nhận được các yêu cầu của bạn liên quan đến hồ sơ và đang lưu giữ tại NVC.

Do lỗi của hệ thống trang web mạng, nên hôm trước tôi check hồ sơ với số HCM2009835018 của bạn đã bị báo lỗi.

Hôm nay đã check được và kết quả như sau:

Hồ sơ hiện tại còn ở Trung tâm Chiếu khán Quốc gia NVC.

Bạn vào lấy mẫu thư gửi NVC, để biết tình trạng hồ sơ của mình.

Hiện tại diện visa F1 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 08/12/2006, hồ sơ bạn có ngày ưu tiên 18/12/2007, theo dự đoán khoảng 1 năm nữa sẽ đến lượt được xem xét giải quyết. Khi lịch visa vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên NVC sẽ thông báo và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho bạn.

Khi lịch visa cách ngày ưu tiên 6-7 tháng, NBL/NĐBL nên chủ động cung cấp địa chỉ email để NVC open sớm.
Khi hồ sơ mở/open
NBL/NĐBL dùng Invoice ID Number và Case number đăng nhập ceac.state.gov để:
-Đóng 88usd phí duyệt bảo trợ tài chính. In tờ Document cover sheet.
-Điền đơn Ds-261 chỉ định người đại diện. Đóng tiền visa 230usd cho mỗi đương đơn đc đi.
Sau đó: NBL/NĐBL gửi đến NVC: Tờ Document cover sheet đặt trước: Bảo trợ tài chính, Civil Documents của NBL, Civil Documents của NĐBL.
Sau khi gửi, NBL/NĐBL đăng nhập điền đơn xin visa Ds-260 cho mỗi đương đơn đc đi.
Điền xong in trang xác nhận Ds-260 mang đi lúc PV.
Trường hợp chưa gửi gửi Civil Documents của NĐBL thì in thêm trang xác nhận Ds-260 đặt trước Civil Documents của NĐBL rồi gửi đi.
NVC nhận đc đầy đủ sẽ xem xét và cho hoàn tất. Nếu thiếu, NVC sẽ gởi email cho Người đại diện Ds-261.

Lịch visa tháng 2/2014 F1 là 1/1/2007

Bạn nên edit bài đăng để xóa Invoice ID Number nhé. VÌ người khác có thể đăng nhập đc.
