* Any original documents that were requested by the NVC but were not submitted to the
NVC must be brought to the visa interview.
* The applicant must bring his/her medical examination results to the visa interview in an
envelope sealed by the medical office.

giờ anh nên gọi điện cho chợ rẫy hay IOM để đăng ký khám sức khoẻ, chích ngừa thì không vần đăng ký trước. sau đó xem chuẩn bị những giấy tờ cần thiết mang theo khi phỏng vấn. Nhớ rãnh thì vào coi kinh nghiệm của người đi trước nha.

7/ Sắp xếp hồ sơ và bằng chứng khi phỏng vấn:

Đây là bài hướng dẫn việc sắp xếp hồ sơ chuẩn bị cho cuộc phỏng vấn:

1. Folder thứ nhất
+ Thư mời phỏng vấn.
+ Passport
+ Chứng minh nhân dân
+ Hộ khẩu
+ Đơn DS-230 (phần I và II)
+ Phiếu chích ngừa màu vàng
+ Hôn thú
+ Khai sinh
+ Lý lịch tư pháp
+ 4 tấm ảnh 5X5 ( ghi tên, ngày sinh, số case HCM.....vào mặt sau, bỏ vào 1 túi nilon nhỏ)
+ I-864 + chứng từ thuế mới nhất.

2. Folder thứ 2
+ Photocopy CMND
+ Photocopy nguyên sổ Hộ Khẩu
+ Photocopy sổ Passport
+ Photocopy hôn thú
+ Photocopy khai sinh
+ Photo I-864 + chứng từ thuế
+ Kết quả khám sức khoẻ + phim phổi.

Về sắp xếp bằng chứng:

+ Hình ảnh: chia ra làm 2 loại: hình có trước đám cưới và sau đám cưới. Kẹp thành từng tập dầy khoảng 1 hay 2 cm, có dán nhãn bên trên cho nhân viên Lãnh Sự dễ đọc (VD: Đà Lạt, 02/2007). Hình cưới thì chỉ chọn những tấm nào có đông người, nghi thức làm lễ. Tuyệt đối không để trong album vì khe hở để đưa giấy tờ vào rất nhỏ.
+ Các thứ khác nên bỏ riêng từng thứ vào từng folder có dán nhãn bên ngoài (VD thư tay, email, bill gởi tiền, bill điện thoại, vé máy bay, hóa đơn khách sạn, hóa đơn tiệc cưới v.v....)
+ Nếu có chat hàng ngày thì nên mở webcam của cả 2 người, sau đó chụp ảnh màn hình bằng rồi save lại theo dạng file ảnh. Nên rửa thành ảnh các file này vì như thế sẽ rõ hơn in bằng máy in.
+ Nếu có nhiều bằng chứng thì chủ yếu là mang theo các bằng chứng trước hôn nhân, càng lâu càng tốt. Kinh nghiệm cho thấy họ không quan tâm lắm tới các bằng chứng có sau kết hôn.

Nếu phỏng vấn đậu các bạn sẽ được cấp giấy hồng và được hẹn lấy visa trong vòng 1 tuần. Bạn nào phỏng vấn ngày thứ hai hoặc thứ ba thì sẽ lấy visa vào thứ ba tuần sau. Bạn nào phỏng vấn thứ năm hoặc thứ sáu thì lấy visa vào thứ năm tuần sau. Phỏng vấn vào ngày thứ tư thì sẽ được cấp visa vào thứ ba hoặc thứ năm
