A review of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form and
supporting documents that you submitted has revealed that you have provided incomplete information in
your response or you have not responded to some questions.
Please pay specific attention to the questions marked in the attached I-864/A checklist. You will need to
complete and submit a new form with the changes noted on the attached checklist.
You will need to follow the instructions for the Affidavit of Support (I-864) that are posted on the
Department of State website at the following address:
www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. From there, you can fill out a new form online, print the new
completed form and mail it to NVC. If you are the Petitioner, please read all instructions and complete
the correct form to submit to NVC. An Affidavit of Support form is required to be submitted from the
Petitioner on each case regardless of his/her income level.
NVC will hold this case until you send us these needed items. When you return the documents to NVC,
please make sure that the documents submitted are in the correct order and stapled together, as stated in
the I-864 Important Notice instructions.
When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this
letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar
code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

The NVC has received the information you have submitted in reference to
the Affidavit of Support. Please be advised that the Affidavit of Support

Con chào mấy Cô Chú XNC,mong cô chú giúp cháu giải quyết trường hợp của gia đình cháu. Gia đình cháu đã nộp hồ sơ dân sự cho NVC nhưng bị checklist 2 lần. Lần thứ 2 này cháu không hỉu sao nữa. NVC báo rằng phải kiểm tra lại giấy khai sinh của 4 người và giấy đăng kí kết hôn của cha mẹ cháu. Khi nộp cháu gửi bản sao có con dấu trích lục sao y của Quận nơi gia đình cháu sống (2002) mà NVC không chấp nhận. Mong cô chú giúp cháu. Gia đình cháu cần gấp lắm ạ

@ - Cách dự đoán thì chỉ việc căn cứ cái ngày ưu tiên có trên hồ sơ của mình và lịch visa hàng tháng. Khi nào lịch visa vượt quá ngày ưu tiên thì sẽ có tin vui.

Con chào cô chú diễn đàn ạ. Cám ơn cô chú đã giúp con và gia đình con trong những ngày qua..Gia đình con đã có thư PV có đầy đủ tên 4 người, trong đó có con, trên 21 tuổi. Nhưng mà con check case number tren CEAS thì thấy có 3 visa. Cô chú cho con hỏi con có phải khiếu nại CSPA không...mong cô chú giúp 10/6 con PV rồi..

Thân chào cô chú diễn đàn, gia đình con rất cám ơn cô chú giúp đỡ trong suốt quá trình, nay gia đình con đã sang Mỹ hơn 2 tháng. Con có thắc mắc nhờ cô chú giúp đỡ ạ. Gia đình con có 4 người, pv ngày 6/6/2014 và đóng tiền thẻ xanh ngay sau đó. 19/7/2014 gia đình con sang tới Mỹ, tới nay chỉ có mẹ và em gái nhận được thẻ xanh còn con và ba chưa nhận được, Mong cô chú cho con ý kiến cần phải làm gì, gia đình con đã có SSN
