thì ko cần in khi đi chích ngừa.

Còn đi phỏng vấn thì in ra hết trọn bộ

Mình thấy bài của bạn cũng giống tất cả các bài của mọi người khác trên diễn đàn .
Mọi người cũng cho số receipt và số case number ...
Nên mình nghĩ cũng không cần thiết phải xóa, vì để đó thì cũng không ảnh hưởng gì tới hồ sơ nhà bạn hết .
