cho em hỏi em sinh ngày 04/02/1993 thì có bị quá tuổi đi Mỹ không?. Và nêú có thì nhà em có được khiếu nại không và khi nào ạ?
em có lên trang egov.uscis.gov của USCIS, em nhập số receipt number để kiểm tra tình trạng hồ sơ thì thấy thông báo nguyên văn như sau:
" Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It
On September 17, 2009, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number WAC0504350601, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
Trong khi em dùng receipt number của cậu em là WAC0504452139 thì nhận được thông bào nguyên văn như sau:
"Case Was Received At My Local Office
On March 16, 2009, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number WAC0504452139, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
Nhưng cả hai đều nhận đươc thông báo của NCV với nội dung :
"unfortunately, via numbers are not presently available for your use . you will be notified when further consideration can be given to processing your application for immigration . the reason for this delay is that there are more applicants for visas than there are immigrant visa numbers available under the limitation prescribed by law . for some visa categories, for example F3 or F4, this delay could be many years"
