Cám ơn anh Vuthangsi. Như vậy bây giờ tôi phải làm gì? Theo tôi hiểu Thư của NVC là: bây giờ tôi chơ lịch PV và nộp kèm I864I của Mẹ tôi khi đi PV phải không anh? Và tôi ko phải nộp HS gì đến NVC hết???? Tôi vẫn còn hoang mang ko hiểu, vì trong thư có đề cập đến lịch PV sắp gởi đến tôi??? Cám ơn anh nhiều lắm.

. Các mẫu I-864 hay I-864A đều phải được đi kèm với
1 bằng chứng về tình trạng cư ngụ hợp pháp tại Hoa Kỳ như bản sao khai sanh, hộ chiếu, giấy nhập tịch, thẻ thường trú nhân,
2 giấy thuế hoàn chỉnh của năm gần nhất,
3 bằng chứng về công việc hiện thời như giấy lãnh lương, giấy xác nhận việc làm có ghi mức lương.
Nếu người bảo lãnh không làm việc, điều đó cần được thể hiện trên đơn I-864 của người bảo lãnh. Nếu chưa khai thuế vì bất kỳ lý do gì, người bảo lãnh cần phải giải thích bằng thư lý do vì sao.
A Về người bảo lảnh là mẹ bạn .

Các bạn có tin là tôi đã chờ 13 năm sang năm là 14 năm không mà bây giờ còn không biết đi được hay không vì bác tôi đã lãnh nhiều rồi,bây giờ tôi chỉ cầu mong cho mọi việc êm xuôi tốt đẹp để gđ tôi có thể đoàn tụ(gđ bên nội tôi đi gần hết chỉ còn gđ tôi.)
