NOTIFICATION

Please be aware that from Tuesday 4th January, new fees for the Health Assessment Program for the USA will be:

- Adult (15 years old and over): 110 USD

- Child (under 15 years old): 80 USD

NOTE: The fees for Canada, Australia and New Zealand are not affected.

THÔNG BÁO

Kể từ ngày thứ Ba 04/01/2011, phí khám sức khỏe cho chương trình xuất cảnh đi Hoa Kỳ sẽ là:

- Người lớn (từ 15 tuổI trở lên): 110 đô la Mỹ

- Trẻ em (dướI 15 tuổi): 80 đô la Mỹ
