Hiện tại diện visa F4 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 08/08/2001. Hồ sơ bạn có ngày ưu tiên 22/08/2002, dự đoán khoảng hơn 1 năm nữa hồ sơ sẽ đến lượt được giải quyết, và cũng còn tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch visa tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Khi lịch vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên NVC sẽ thông báo và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho bạn.

Xin Chào Bạn HoaiPhuongChau Minh làm phiền bạn 1 tí ,GD mình dien f4 lần này đi cũng hơi đông người nếu như thiếu người bảo trợ tài chính mình có thể nhờ bạn bè bên mỹ nhưng họ ở tiểu bang khác bảo trợ tài chính có được không bạn,tuy hs của mình chưa đến ngày nhưng mình muốn hỏi trước về vấn đề này để hiểu biết thêm để khi đến lượt khỏi phải lo lắng nhiều thứ,còn 1 vấn đề nữa..trước đây vì có giấy tờ bảo lảnh nên mình không muốn kết hôn nhưng qua nhiều thời gian chờ đợi quá lâu tuổi của mình cũng già hihi..cho nên mình mới kết hôn khoảng hơn 1 năm nay Nhưng Chị của mình bên mỹ nói là lúc làm giấy tờ bảo lảnh thì mình độc thân,bây giờ sắp đến ngày thì lại có gd sợ bổ túc thêm hs chồng mình thời gian sẽ lâu thêm 1 tí, nên họ định không khai là mình đã kết hôn.Chị mình muốn để mình đi trước sau khi qua tới bên đó mình sẽ bảo lảnh chồng mình sau,nếu là như vậy mong Bạn có nhiều sự hiểu biết về luật và di dân xin góp ý và tư vấn dùm cho mình biết phải làm sao và làm thế nào cho đúng để mình bàn lại với Chị mình bên mỹ ,để khi giấy tờ đến ngày tránh trường hợp lu bu lộn xộn làm cho mình bị kẹt lại thì mệt.Mong rằng những lời góp ý hay của Bạn sẽ giúp được mình nhiều điều bổ ích để tránh những phiền toái trong giấy tờ sau này...

1/ Nếu bạn là đương đơn chính (Anh hoặc Chị bảo lãnh cho bạn) thì cho dù bạn có chồng và có thêm vài đứa con thì bạn vẫn có quyền bổ túc giấy tờ của Chồng, con bạn vào hồ sơ để được cấp Visa định cư cùng bạn! (nên bổ túc hồ sơ vô từ bây giờ, không có vấn đề gì khi bổ túc hồ sơ cả)
@ Nếu bạn nghe lời người chị không bổ túc cho chồng con, sau này hối hận không kịp đâu nhen.

2/ Nếu bạn không phải đương đơn chính (đi theo cha mẹ diện F4) thì bạn không được có gia đình, nếu có gia đình thì hồ sơ bạn bị huỷ bỏ, không được cấp Visa đi cùng gia đình bạn !

Bạn là đương đơn chính thì bạn có thể tự liên lạc với NVC bằng email và gửi giấy hôn thú, Khai sinh của những thành viên trong gia đình bạn cần bổ túc. Việc này không ảnh hưởng gì đến thời gian hoặc tiến trình giải quyết hồ sơ của bạn, việc này bạn nên có cách giải thích với người bảo lãnh là xong thôi. Chúc thành công !

hello Anh Thành..có một vấn đề xin hỏi ý kiến của Anh, vì vừa rồi bên gia đình chồng của người Chị ruột họ mới làm xong thủ tục diện f4 2001 đã hoàn tất ,qua lời của họ Mình được biết là giấy tờ khai sanh trước năm 1975 không còn xài nữa mà phải đi trích lục lại bản mới của năm hiện tại là đúng hay sai ?
Nếu như bây giờ Mình bổ túc thêm hồ sơ cho chồng khi NVC nhận được đơn thì phía bên mỹ có thông báo gì cho NBL biết không ,và có cần phải đóng tiền thêm không? và khi mình gởi hs bổ túc trong khoảng bao lâu mình mới nhận được thư trả lời của NVC .Cám ơn Anh nhiều...:1:
