General Instructions

Phần thông tin cá nhân em chẳng biết sai gì luôn, phần khai thuế NVC kêu em khai 2012 em hông biết lấy lâu ra nữa, em qua 2013 muh? Bác nào biết chỉ e với!

Chào các anh chị trên diễn đàn XNC! Em có vài thắc mắc về việc nộp hồ sơ, nhờ các anh chị giải đáp giúp em với!!!
Chồng em nhờ dịch vụ làm hồ sơ bảo lãnh được gần 3 tuần rồi nhưng họ chỉ mới gọi em yêu cầu gửi ảnh 5x5 chứ chưa làm gì cả. Theo em được biết thì phía chồng em phải điền đơn I-130, và mỗi người bọn em phải làm đơn G325-A có chữ ký sống để gửi hồ sơ phải không ạ? Em định sẽ gọi lại hỏi họ khi nào mới bắt đầu làm những thủ tục đó. Nhờ các anh chị có kinh nghiệm chỉ giúp em ngoài hai đơn này em còn cần nộp gì nữa không ạ? Bọn em thì chờ từng ngày mà họ cứ kéo lê như vậy em thấy bùn quá!:(

Anh Vuthangsi ơi cho em hỏi, hồ sơ em nhờ dịch vụ làm, chồng em đã ký đơn G325-A còn em thì chưa ký. Nhưng hôm nay bên dịch vụ gửi mail thông báo cho bọn em là "your case has been filed with the USCIS, we are expecting to receive a receipt in about 4-6 weeksyour case has been filed with the USCIS, we are expecting to receive a receipt in about 4-6 weeks".
Vậy đơn của em là bên dịch vụ họ tự ký thay rồi đúng không anh, và như thế thì có hợp lệ không ạ?

Trường hợp của bạn đã được nộp cho USCIS,
chúng tôi đang mong đợi để nhận được một giấy biên nhận trong khoảng thời gian từ 4-6 tuần .

Đon G-325A có thể do chồng bạn , NBL đã ký thay cho bạn ,
Khi hồ sơ hợp lệ , bạn sẽ nhận được RECEIPT NOTICE I-797C ,THÔNG BÁO BIÊN NHẬN HỒ SƠ .
