Xin chào cô chú ở XNC, cháu là thành viên mới còn nhiều điều chưa rõ nên mong cô chú giúp đỡ :1:
Cháu có 4 vấn đề cần cô chú giúp:
1/ Hồ sơ của gia đình cháu là HCM 2009 654 059 và diện F3 mà cháu chưa biết ngày ưu tiên ạ ( do bên US giữ hềt ạ, nói gửi về sẽ mất mà có Luật sư làm đó cô chú ). Cháu có gửi cho NVC để hỏi mà chưa thấy hồi âm ( hix hix ) Mong cô chú ở XNC giúp cháu.:2:
2/ Gia đình cháu bên đó đã đóng 88$ và 230$ và luôn 1600$ cho NVC mà cháu chưa rõ phải làm gì tiếp đê cho đúng Hồ sơ, Chuyện này nhờ cô chú tư vấn ạ.:11:
3/ Cháu sinh 16/2/1993 nên sắp 21 òi ( bùn và lo lắm cô chú :20: ) cháu nghe nói là cháu sẽ gặp nhiều khó khăn nên cô chú nào thuong cháu hướng dẫn cháu dùm l001.
4/ Cháu có cô bên US kêu cháu điền DS 260 mà cháu thì sợ viết sai nên cô chú nào giúp cháu nhé:1:

Diện visa F3 thời gian chờ đợi khoảng 10 năm, và cũng tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Nếu đúng như thông tin của bạn hồ sơ đã đợi chờ 10 năm thì chắc là cũng sắp đến lượt được xem xét giải quyết rồi. Hiện tại diện visa F3 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 22/01/2003. Khi lịch vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên NVC sẽ thông báo và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho gia đình.

Kể từ ngày 01/09/2013 được áp dụng mẫu đơn DS-260 thay cho DS-230, đơn xin visa định cư. Lúc hồ sơ được mở, nếu NVC có yêu cầu thì bạn thực hiện theo hướng dẫn trên.

3. Lý lịch tư pháp số 2, của mỗi đương đơn trên 16 tuổi (bản chính)

4. Khai sanh (Trích lục, bản sao, NVC không chấp nhận tờ Photocopy)

5. Giấy chứng nhận độc thân cho Nam 20 tuổi, Nữ 18 tuổi. (bản sao)

6. Hôn thú (Sao y bản chính xác nhận tại nơi cấp)

7. Giấy ly hôn (nếu có, sao y bản chính xác nhận tại nơi cấp)

8. Hồ sơ quân đội, giấy tiền án (nếu có)

9. 2 tấm hình 5x5cm (Chụp phông nền trắng, ghi số HCM, tên họ mặt sau tấm hình)

Cô chú trên diễn đàn cho cháu hỏi...Mình điền DS 260 rồi ký mấy chỗ thưa cô chú. Xong mình sẽ gửi cùng giấy tờ dân sự cho NBL bên US đúng không cô chú. Mình có giữ lại gì để đi PV không cô chú. Cháu mong cô chú giúp dùm ạ. Cháu cám ơn nhiều lắm

Chào cô chú trên Diễn đàn, cháu mong cô chú giúp cháu. Cháu có nhận Mail của NVC gửi 4 cái file xác nhận đã nộp DS 260. Gia đình cháu bên US cũng vừa nộp Civil documents và I864. vậy cháu làm sao để biết NVC đã nhận và có checkslist không? Mong giúp cháu..
