Khi hồ sơ mở/open
NBL/NĐBL dùng Invoice ID Number và Case number đăng nhập ceac.state.gov để:
-Đóng 88usd phí duyệt bảo trợ tài chính. In tờ Document cover sheet.
-Điền đơn Ds-261 chỉ định người đại diện. Đóng tiền visa 230usd cho mỗi đương đơn đc đi.
Sau đó: NBL/NĐBL gửi đến NVC: Tờ Document cover sheet đặt trước: Bảo trợ tài chính, Civil Documents của NBL, Civil Documents của NĐBL.
Sau khi gửi, NBL/NĐBL đăng nhập điền đơn xin visa Ds-260 cho mỗi đương đơn đc đi.
Điền xong in trang xác nhận Ds-260 mang đi lúc PV.
Trường hợp chưa gửi gửi Civil Documents của NĐBL thì in thêm trang xác nhận Ds-260 đặt trước Civil Documents của NĐBL rồi gửi đi.
NVC nhận đc đầy đủ sẽ xem xét và cho hoàn tất.
Bạn xem coi bạn thiếu bước nào.
Thư trên nói rằng NBL/NĐBL chưa đóng tiền 88usd.
Nếu bạn gửi giấy tờ mà k kèm tờ Document cover sheet hoặc trang xác nhận Ds-260 thì có thể sẽ bị thất lạc giấy tờ.
