Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your inquiry.
The National Visa Center (NVC) scheduled a visa interview for the beneficiary on September 22, 2010 at 08:00AM. NVC has notified both the petitioner and the beneficiary. Either notification received by the petitioner or the beneficiary can be used for medical examination, vaccination and access to the Consulate General on the interview date. If the petitioner has already received the notification, he/she may wish to send it to the beneficiary through mail, fax, or email. A copy of the notification has the same value as the original. In case neither the petitioner nor the beneficiary has received the notification from NVC one week before the interview date, the beneficiary should contact us to request another letter for interview in writing via e-mail, fax or letter. The beneficiary may also contact us in person from 8:00 - 10:00am or 1:00 - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Please download the appointment package on our website at: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/hochiminh/174995/pdf/Appointment-package-for-IV.pdf. Please note that documents submitted previously to NVC do not need to be prepared again.
