Đúng là thông tin trên NVC thông báo MISSING DOCUMENT LIST FOR: TRAN, THE LOC LUU về LLTP , trước tiên bạn nên kiểm tra lại bộ civil Document coi xem có ghi sai sót gì về thành viên trên hay ko kiểm tra giấy khai sinh của thành viên trên có nhầm lẫn ngày tháng năm sanh ko , sau khi check xong việc tiếp theo bạn nói người bảo lãnh gọi điện thoại trực tiếp cho NVC để thông báo về tình trạng trên , nhiều trường hợp do máy dò đọc tự động báo sai nhân viên ko kiểm tra lại mà send luôn yêu cầu . Có mẫu thư đây bác, bác cứ việc điền thông tin cá nhân và địa chỉ chính xác theo NVC yêu cầu là ok rồi, không biết trước đây bác gửi email cho họ có ghi địa chỉ sai hay không ??? mà NVC họ nói địa chỉ sau này không giống trong hồ sơ họ đang có, bác check kỹ lại xem nhé. Cách gửi email thì chắc bác biết rồi phải k? Cám ơn bạn Thành, mình đã gửi Email cho NVC theo mẫu của bạn cho, nhưng không hiểu sao không như những lần trước mình gửi, vì những lần trước mình gửi thì khoảng vài phút sau là có email tự động của NVC gửi lại nhưng lần này thì mình gửi gần 1 ngày rồi ( gửi đến 3 lần) nhưng cũng không có một trả lời tự động nào của NVC cả nên mình không biết email của mình gửi có được NVC nhận không nữa, bạnThành hoặc ACE nào có kinh nghiệm về việc này xin cho mình biết với, thành thật cám ơn .

Mình góp ý về vụ địa chỉ nha. Có thể do địa chỉ khi bác khai DS230 hay những lần sau khi khai I864 có thể khác với địa chỉ khi người bảo lãnh khai I-130 trước đây mặc dù bác vẫn ở một chỗ. Cái địa chỉ của bác dài quá có thể không khớp nhau khi khai đó mà, hihi. Bây giờ bác viết lại 1 email hỏi thăm ngày PV giống y như lần trước gấp đi, trong đó bác chỉ cần thêm 1 dòng như thế này:
