chào các bạn , mình vừa nhận được thư này của NVC gởi tới nhưng mình không hiểu thư nói gì , rất mong các bạn dịch dùm thư nói gì đẻ còn chuẩn bị bước tiếp theo .cám ơn các bạn nhiều lắn .
Dear Sir/Madam:
Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).
We are waiting for the form DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) that was previously sent to the beneficiary. This form tells us how to contact the beneficiary during the immigrant visa process.
The agent selected by the beneficiary can be the petitioner, another relative, a friend, an attorney, or a charitable organization, such as a church or other immigrant assistance organization. Mail delivery is often unreliable in many parts of the world, so we strongly suggest that the beneficiary choose someone who has an address in the United States.
It is acceptable that the beneficiary not name an agent and have us contact him/her directly. If the beneficiary is unable to locate a copy of this form, he/she may notify the NVC via a letter or an e-mail, which indicates his/her choice.
Regardless of the beneficiary's choice, the beneficiary must notify us of his/her choice before we may continue processing this file. In the event that the beneficiary is under the age of sixteen, it is acceptable to have the beneficiary's parent or guardian sign the form.
A packet containing the Affidavit of Support (I-864) Processing Fee Invoice has been sent to the petitioner or attorney of record. The payment due amount listed on the invoice must be paid according to the instructions.
You must visit the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection, to pay the required processing fees on-line. You will need your case number and invoice ID number to properly pay your fee.
Payers who are unable to pay online must follow the alternate payment instructions. Go to the above website and click the "Fee Collection" link, then the "Alternative Payment Method" link, and follow the directions displayed.
Once the payment is received and processed, you will be given instructions on how to download the instruction packets and the appropriate forms on-line. The instruction packets and forms will not be sent to you by the NVC if your payment is made on-line. You will need to mail the appropriate forms to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing. Please follow the instructions provided to you by the website.
If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

"Ngày khóa sổ" theo tôi là "ngày đáo hạn" áp dụng để tính tuổi CSPA cho những người con còn độc thân trên 21 tuổi của các đương đơn chính trong các diện F1, F3 và F4. Thường là ngày đầu tiên của tháng có lịch Visa vuợt qua ngày ưu tiên của một hồ sơ. Nếu tính tuổi của người con tới ngày này không bị quá tuổi CSPA, thì dù cho ngày PV có vượt qua ngày đáo hạn của hồ sơ, ta vẫn nói rằng tuổi của người con đó đã được khóa sổ vào ngày đáo hạn hồ sơ rồi, nên được đi theo gia đình sang Mỹ.
