Mình thắc mắc sao NVC nhận 3 bộ HS cùng lúc mà lại xét HS của 2 ông Anh trước ( HCM 2005678009 ; HCM 2005678013 ) Danh mục checklist cần bổ sung đã được gửi đi từ ngày 3/11. Còn HS mình (HCM 2005678010) thì chưa xét gì tới.Xin cac anh chi em check dùm,cám ơn rất nhiều

- HCM 2005678010: NVC đã nhận giấy tờ của bạn vào ngày 21/10/2010. và cho NVC thời gian để review
- Thời gian review cũng phải tư từ chứ bạn, thông thường từ 4-6 tuần mới xong
- Nếu hồ sơ không đây đủ thì NVC mới gửi Checklist, con đầy đủ thì HS sẽ được hoàn tất ( từ ngày hoàn tất đến ngày nhận thư PV cũng phải mất khoảng 3 tháng)

Checklist được gửi đi từ ngày 3/11 ,Tới ngày 14/11/2010 gia đình mình bên Mỹ mới nhận được Danh mục checklist của 2 HS ( HCM 2005678009 - HCM 2005678013 ), Gia đình đang chuẩn bị bổ túc .Còn HS mình ( HCM 2005678010 ) thì án binh bất động không thấy NVC nói năng gì ? Trong khi 3 bộ HS gởi chung.(Đều thiếu chung Khai sanh bản chính của người bảo lãnh) Họ chỉ gởi đòi bổ túc cho 2 HS , vậy là HS mình chưa được xem tới thì phải ,các ACE diễn đàn XNC chỉ giáo, cám ơn nhiều

Không biết bạn đã email nói gì với NVC và vì bạn không post lên file checklist NVC gởi cho bạn để có thể hiểu rỏ hơn sự liên hệ ý nghĩa của thư trên.
Đại ý của thư trên là NVC đã gởi một lá thư cho người bảo lãnh hoặc luật sư về việc thay đổi hình thức bảo trợ. Những thay đổi về hồ sơ bảo trợ mà NVC đã liệt kê ra trong thư phải được thưc hiện và đệ trình cho NVC để tiếp tục xử lý hồ sơ. Theo tôi hiểu có lẽ NVC yêu cầu người bảo trợ làm lại I-864.

Tiện đây anh cho em hỏi. Vậy thì thường sau bao lâu khi NVC nhận được giấy bổ sung thì mới biết là complete hay không vậy anh.
Còn nữa, nếu complete thì sao bao lâu mình mới có thư mời phỏng vấn.
Em không rành về mấy chuyện này cho lắm. Mong anh giúp đỡ.
