@NVC họ đã dặn là Bản photocopy trang đầu & trang có thông tin cá nhân trên tờ hộ chiếu (không cần công chứng). Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực ít nhất tám tháng dành cho mỗi đương đơn.
@Khai sanh (Trích lục, bản sao được xác nhận bởi nơi cấp bản chính, NVC không chấp nhận tờ Photocopy)
@ Giấy kết hôn, ly hôn hoặc giấy khai tử ...(Trích lục, bản sao được xác nhận bởi nơi cấp bản chính, NVC không chấp nhận tờ Photocopy)
@ Mỗi đương đơn: 2 tấm hình 5x5cm (Chụp phông nền trắng, ghi số HCM, tên họ mặt sau tấm hình)
@ Lý lịch tư pháp của mỗi đương đơn trên 16 tuổi (bản chính)

anh Thành ơi cho em hỏi thêm là hộ chiếu và giấy khai sinh là bản gốc ah (tại hôm trước nhà em có nộp bản sao rồi anh) ? Ba em mất rồi vậy có phải bổ sung giấy kết hôn ko anh?Hôm trước nhà em có nộp hình rồi nhưng bây giờ nộp tiếp ah.Em cảm ơn anh nhiều lắm

NVC đã duyệt xét hồ sơ của bạn và thấy thông tin của bạn bị thiếu hay không đầy đủ. NVC đã gửi Checklist (danh sách kiểm tra) cho bạn ngày 18/march/2011. Xin gửi lại thông tin cho NVC. Sau khi NVC nhận được thông tin bổ sung, xin chờ 8 tuần để duyệt xét.:113::113:
