HCM 2010767213: vẫn thông tin cũ, như vậy cho thấy NVC vẫn chưa nhận được giấy tờ gđ bạn gửi hoặc hệ thống trả lời tự động của NVC chưa update thông tin mới.
Xin hỏi gđ bạn (NBL và NĐBL) đã gửi các giấy tờ: I-864, giấy thuế, DS-230, LLTP, các giấy tờ dân sự khác ... (bạn xem Kinh nghiệm hoàn tất hồ sơ từ A đến Z), chưa vậy?
Bạn nên tiến hành ngay việc trên - Chúc bạn may mắn.

Muốn biết ngày đáo hạn, bạn phải căn cứ vào lịch visa và PD cùa hồ sơ bạn.Khỏi giải thích dài dòng, lấy một ví dụ cho bạn dễ hiểu.
Thí dụ, nếu bạn nhìn lịch cấp visa tháng 03/2011, bạn sẽ thấy ngày 01tháng 01 năm 2000 ở ngang hàng F4. Điều đó có nghĩa là những hồ sơ diện F4 đến lượt được giải quyết trong tháng 03 năm 2011 là những hồ sơ có ngày ưu tiên trước ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2000.
Hồ sơ nào có ngày ưu tiên trước ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2000 thì hồ sơ đó đáo hạn trong tháng 03 năm 2011.

Có rất nhiều hồ sơ chậm trễ vì lý do này, và bạn đã liên lạc được với NVC qua email là một điều rất có lợi cho hồ sơ của bạn :41:
Đợi mọc râu luôn ah, tranh thủ làm cho chính xác nhé, gửi về cho NVC, nhớ kiểm tra thật kỹ theo hướng dẫn, tránh bị checklist sau này :100:
Em cảm ơn anh Thành nhiều , em sẽ thông báo cho chị em dể chị em nộp cho em . Chị ấy và em cãi nhau vì chị ấy nhất quyết đợi giấy học gửi về mới gửi chứ không download , và đợi từ 22/12 đến giờ nhưng vẫn không nhận đuợc giấy họ gửi
