không biết nữa,ông ngoại mình(có quốc tịch) bảo lãnh mình(tui dưới 21 tuổi) và mẹ mình,vì mẹ mình đã ly dị nên được ưu tiên mà không biết theo diện gì?
đã đóng xong visa (404$) hoàn tất ngày 3-MAR-2011,không biết khi nào được gọi phỏng vấn và cần chuẩn bị những gì?

Đã nghe lại chính xác là ngày 2.11.2010 Hồ sơ này để sao lâu quá vậy, nếu để quá 1 năm không liên lạc với NVC thì sẽ phải đóng lại các khoản tiền đó nhe, nhanh chó gửi email để hỏi NVC liền đi bạn. Xem mẫu tại đây: http://xuatnhapcanh.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5057

Hồ sơ mình có bị missing thật , nhưng đã bổ túc lại bị phạt 200 - 300 USD ( đã bổ túc năm 2010 ) gì đó , hay do quá nhiều hồ sơ nên NVC không cập nhật trên mạng cho hồ sơ của mình nữa ?

Không phải I864 bị hết hạn đâu, mà do bị thiếu hoặc điền sai. Tất cã những giấy tờ trên phải nộp cho NVC để hoàn tất HS thì mới được PV . HS chưa được NVC hoàn tất thì không bao giờ được PV. Vì vậy bạn cần phải hoàn tất HS thì mới được PV. Địa chĩ gởi thư bổ sung cho NVC như sau:
