Mình hồ sơ F3,Case number 2006706009.Priority date 20/08/2001. Nhờ ACE check dùm xem hồ sơ đã complete chưa ? cảm ơn nhiều .
Hồ sơ đã nộp đầy đủ : LLTP, I-864 , DS230.... từ tháng 01/2010 . Đã nhờ ACE diễn đàn check dùm và báo hồ sơ đã complete ngày 09/02/2010 . Nhưng ngày 29/03/2010 mình gởi email cho NVC để hỏi ngày phỏng vấn ,đến ngày 09/04/2010 NVC gởi lại email cho mình yêu cầu phải hoàn tất những hồ sơ trên với nội dung như sau :
Dear Sir/Madam:
Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).
The NVC has updated the mailing/email address. Please continue to notify the NVC of any change of mailing/email address, or change in personal situation, which may affect the beneficiary's entitlement to a visa.
According to our records, your Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and complete the appropriate Affidavit of Support form and mail it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.
Please visit the Department of State's website above to download a copy of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864A, orI-864W and/or the instructions.
According to our records, your Immigrant Visa Processing Fee payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and complete the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) form and mail it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.
Please visit the Department of State's website above to download a copy of the DS-230 and/or the instructions.
The NVC does not have an overall processing time due to the fact that we cannot estimate how long it would take someone to accurately complete and submit the requested documentation. Once documentation is received at the NVC, the processing time for all documents to be reviewed is 2 to 4 weeks. Further information will be sent after the review is completed.
