Chào Bác,
HS Bác vẫn thông tin củ, nếu con Bác đã đóng và gởi DS3032 rồi thì Bác an tâm chờ vài tuần sẽ nhận được lệ phí đóng Visa là $404. Bây giờ Bác cần làm là chuẩn bị các giấy tờ cần thiết gởi wa cho con Bác như sau;
- Passport
- 2 hình 5x5
- Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kết hôn
- Lý lịch tư pháp
- Giấy khai sinh.
- Điền form DS230
Sau khi nhận được lệ phí đóng Visa xong, con Bác nộp tất cả giấy tờ của Bác gởi sang va Form I-864 do con Bác làm gởi cho NVC. Sau khi HS completed thì Bác chỉ chờ PV ma thôi. HS diện IR5 luôn luôn hiệu lực, từ ngày tiến hành HS đến PV thời gian từ 08 tháng - 14 tháng. Chúc Bác mau đoàn tụ cùng con.

Nếu người bảo lãnh đã đóng phí AoS fee bill rồi thì trong khoảng 2 tuần lễ tới NVC sẽ gởi tiếp hoá đơn đề nghị thanh toán lệ phí visa IV fee bill cho người bảo lãnh.

Xin cho tôi hỏi : Ngày 26/5 nvc chuẩn bị những văn kiện và hướng dẫn và sẽ gởi di trong vài tuần tới, nhưng đến nay đã hơn nữa tháng mà bên con tôi vẫn chưa nhận được , vậy không biêt đến bao giờ mới nhân được, vì tôi thấy các thông báo trước đây con tôi nhận rất nhanh vì trước đây con tôi đóng 88$ bằng money ỏder còn đóng lệ phí vía thi ONLINE vaF đã nhận được hoá đơn nhận tiền visa nhưng con tôi nói phải chờ cover sheet cuaR bảo trợ tài chính mới nộp hết giấy tờ đươc, Vậy thơi gian họ thông báo đến bao lâu mới nhận đươc
