Nội dung check list là : Mẫu đơn DS230 hoặc các giấy tờ dân sự . Theo như thông tin thì NVC đang chờ những giấy tờ trên( có lẻ bạn chưa gởi).
- DS230 hoặc Giấy tờ dân sự bao gồm:
1. DS230 cho mỗi đương đơn gồm phần 1 (ký tên) và phần 2 (không ký tên)
2. Bản photocopy trang đầu & trang có thông tin cá nhân trên tờ hộ chiếu (không cần công chứng). Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực ít nhất tám tháng dành cho mỗi đương đơn.
3. Lý lịch tư pháp của mỗi đương đơn trên 16 tuổi (bản chính)
4. Khai sanh (Trích lục, bản sao, NVC không chấp nhận tờ Photocopy)
5. Giấy chứng nhận độc thân cho Nam 20 tuổi, Nữ 18 tuổi. (bản sao)
6. Hôn thú (Sao y bản chính xác nhận tại nơi cấp)

Nội dung check list là : Mẫu đơn DS230 hoặc các giấy tờ dân sự . Theo như thông tin thì NVC đang chờ những giấy tờ trên( có lẻ bạn chưa gởi).
- DS230 hoặc Giấy tờ dân sự bao gồm:
1. DS230 cho mỗi đương đơn gồm phần 1 (ký tên) và phần 2 (không ký tên)
2. Bản photocopy trang đầu & trang có thông tin cá nhân trên tờ hộ chiếu (không cần công chứng). Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực ít nhất tám tháng dành cho mỗi đương đơn.
3. Lý lịch tư pháp của mỗi đương đơn trên 16 tuổi (bản chính)
4. Khai sanh (Trích lục, bản sao, NVC không chấp nhận tờ Photocopy)
5. Giấy chứng nhận độc thân cho Nam 20 tuổi, Nữ 18 tuổi. (bản sao)
6. Hôn thú (Sao y bản chính xác nhận tại nơi cấp)
7. Giấy ly hôn (nếu có, sao y bản chính xác nhận tại nơi cấp)
