Hi Uthami15, sao bạn hỏi hoài mà hông chịu khó đọc những bài ACE đã trả lời cho mình vậy :102: Phần đầu, bạn Tuandoan đã dịch cho bạn vào ngày 7/7 rồi đó, hôm nay lá thư có thêm phần nhắc nhở: hồ sơ của bạn sẽ hết hạn và bạn phải đóng các phí lại, nếu bạn không liên lạc với NVC trong vòng 1 năm.

Bạn đã làm được những gì rồi, đã nộp những giấy tờ gì cho NVC rồi? Hãy nhắc người nhà hoàn tất Form I-864 (mẫu bảo trợ tài chánh) và gửi cho NVC đi.

nvc yêu cầu bổ túc mẫu đơn i864, quốc tịch thì mình thì có thể gửi bằng email được không ạ. và nếu gửi được bằng email thì mình có thể scan các mẫu đơn ấy sang dang hình ảnh và gửi đi được không, và nội dung thư gửi đính kèm thì mình phải viết như thế nào. e đang rất thắc mắc vì hồ sơ bắt bổ túc gần 8 tháng nay rồi mà e gửi bằng đường bưu điện thì nvc không nhận được. Rất mong nhận được giúp đỡ của ace trong diễn đàn. Thanks ace.!!!!

Hi Uthami15, người bảo lãnh ở tại Mỹ gửi bưu điện làm sao bị thất lạc được?!

Bạn hãy nói người bảo lãnh xem lại form I-864 điền đã chính xác chưa? nếu là gửi bổ sung cho đương đơn phụ thì có thể scan I-864 và gửi bằng đường email. Nếu là dùng cho đương đơn chính phải lấy bản chính, có chữ ký sống => bắt buộc phải gửi qua bưu điện.

Bằng quốc tịch chỉ cần bản sao là được.

Nội dung chính đoạn thư trên bảo rằng NVC đã xem xét những giấy tờ nhà bạn đã gửi cho họ. NVC yêu cầu bạn xem kỹ lại thông tin về những giấy tờ họ cần trong danh sách được liệt kê theo tên mỗi đương đơn và nộp lại cho NVC theo đúng chỉ định. Việc không cung cấp đầy đủ các giấy tờ theo yêu cầu sẽ làm trì hoãn cuộc phỏng vấn xin Visa của đương đơn.

Vậy kèm theo thư trên là một checklist, bạn cần đọc kỹ trong đó yêu cầu giấy tờ gì, thì gửi cho NVC đúng như vậy nha.

Đừng để lâu quá thời hạn 1 năm, nếu không sẽ phải đóng tiền lại và gửi lại toàn bộ giấy tờ cho tiến trình xin Visa lại đó.

michael_jack đã check case này qua phone từ hệ thống NVC đó Lily ui, vấn đề ở chổ là michael_jack ghi chưa rõ ràng nên mới có sự hiểu lầm :6:
Có những trường hợp, hồ sơ đã hoàn tất nhưng NVC vẫn gửi checklist, đương đơn sẽ bổ túc khi phỏng vấn.

e xin được cám ơn mọi người vì đẫ giúp đỡ. case number Hcm2010592068 đã phỏng vấn xong rồi nhưng mà case number Hcm20105920687 cứ đòi hoà mẫu i864 mà trong khi đó chị e đã gửi 2 lần rồi gửi thư hỏi nvc thì vẫn trả lời là thiếu. không biết nguyên nhân là do đâu xin được ace giúp đỡ.
e đua lá thư sau cho dịch vụ và người ta nói là phải bổ sung cả quốc tịch, thuế, i864, và nói e là không biết dịch mà cứ làm lung tung và thuế cho hcm2010592076 nhưng các ace trong diễn đàn thì bảo chỉ cần bổ sung i864 nên bây giờ e không biết phải làm sao in được ace giúp đỡ. thanks ace.

dạ cho em hỏi là gia đình chị em có 2 cợ chồng và sắp sinh thêm một bé nữa vào tháng 10 này. và chị em đã bảo lãnh cho bố mẹ, mẹ em thì qua được rồi nhưng còn bố thì vẫn còn bị kẹt lại do thiếu i864 và do là thiếu incom. vậy cho em hỏi chị em cần có bao nhiêu incom để bảo lãnh được bố em. Và xin anh chị trong ace check dùm hồ sơ hcm 2010592067 còn thiếu gì không để e có thể kip bổ sung .e xin được cám ơn ace.
