Sau khi đóng $88 + $404 xong, không cần đợi bất cứ thư gì của NVC hết (vì NVC cũng chẵng có gởi thư nào nữa), gia đinh bạn & người bảo lảnh lo mau tranh thủ làm tất cã những giấy tờ cần thiết rồi gom gởi cho NVC 1 lần để hoàn tất HS, bạn lo tranh thủ làm gấp vì sau thời hạn 1 năm mà gia đình bạn không có bất cứ liên hệ gì với NVC thì những lệ phí đã đóng trên sẽ bị hết hạn và phải đóng tiền lại. Tham khảo những giấy tờ cần thiết ở link dưới, bạn nhớ đọc cho thật kỷ và làm đúng như theo hướng dẫn thì chắc chắn HS bạn sẽ hoàn tất. Tranh thủ làm gấp kẻo trể bị hết hạn thì phải đóng tiền lại đó. 1. Có người nói em khi nộp hs sang NVC ngoài bản DS-230 + giấy tờ dân sự thì nên nộp bản DS 2001 và khi em xem link cua anh tuandoan thì không thấy?

- DS230 phải nộp 2 phần, tất cã những giấy tờ trên NVC sẽ chuyễn về cho LSQ, vì vậy lúc PV LSQ sẽ đưa phần II cho bạn ký tên.
- Hôn thú là bản trích lục tại địa phương (NVC không chấp nhận bản photo có công chứng). Bạn phải lưu ý phần Giấy hôn thú của Ba mẹ bạn nhé. Hôn thú phải là bản trích lục tại địa phương giống như bản trích lục của Giấy Khai sinh vậy đó.
- Nam tròn 20 tuổi và Nữ tròn 18 tuổi (tính theo ngày Sinh Nhật) mới phải xin cấp Giấy CN Độc thân.

Applicants who have been previously married must obtain evidence of the termination of EACH prior
marriage. Evidence must be in the form of original documents issued by a competent authority, or
certified copies bearing the appropriate seal or stamp of the issuing authority, such as:
• If the marriage ended by divorce, the divorce decree that is submitted must be a FINAL divorce
decree.

• Annulment papers
If the certificate is a certified copy of the original, it must come from the issuing government authority
