Xin anh chị em diễn đàn cho biết NVC họ trả lời mail của mình sao vậy?
Ngày 19/4/2016 bên Mỹ đã gửi LLTP số 2 và những giấy tờ bảo lãnh, bảo trợ tài chính, thuế... đến NVC. mình cũng đã điền Ds-260 vào tháng 4/2016 luôn rồi. Xin cho hỏi khoảng bao lâu thì NVC sẽ check xong hồ sơ của mình, vì theo nội dung trả lời mail thì hình như họ vẫn chưa nhận được civils document của mình? Xin hỏi anh chị em có ai cũng đang đợi và nhận mail trả lời với nội dung tương tự như mình không?Xin cảm ơn.

Như thế, NVC yêu cầu Anh những việc sau:
*Bộ bảo trợ tài chính hiện Anh đang nộp, NVC thấy nó chưa đạt, vì thu nhập Anh thấp. Vì thế, NVC yêu cầu Anh tìm người đồng bảo trợ và làm lại. Để khi đi phỏng vấn, thì có mà nộp cho Viên chức Lãnh sự quán Hoa Kỳ. NVC nói khi làm lại bộ bảo trợ tài chính này thì phải có chữ ký sống của người bảo trợ này.
*Khi anh gửi giấy tờ đến NVC thì nhớ gửi kèm DOCUMENT COVER SHEET, đặt trên trang đầu tiên, rồi mới nộp vào. Thì NVC mới biết ai nộp vào mà sắp xếp hồ sơ cho nhanh.
*MÃ SỐ HCM… phải ghi ở bên trên, góc phải mỗi một tờ giấy để NVC biết mà sắp xếp hồ sơ cho nhanh.

Như thế, NVC yêu cầu Anh những việc sau:
*Bộ bảo trợ tài chính hiện Anh đang nộp, NVC thấy nó chưa đạt, vì thu nhập Anh thấp. Vì thế, NVC yêu cầu Anh tìm người đồng bảo trợ và làm lại. Để khi đi phỏng vấn, thì có mà nộp cho Viên chức Lãnh sự quán Hoa Kỳ. NVC nói khi làm lại bộ bảo trợ tài chính này thì phải có chữ ký sống của người bảo trợ này.
*Khi anh gửi giấy tờ đến NVC thì nhớ gửi kèm DOCUMENT COVER SHEET, đặt trên trang đầu tiên, rồi mới nộp vào. Thì NVC mới biết ai nộp vào mà sắp xếp hồ sơ cho nhanh.
*MÃ SỐ HCM… phải ghi ở bên trên, góc phải mỗi một tờ giấy để NVC biết mà sắp xếp hồ sơ cho nhanh.
* DOCUMENT COVER SHEET này, anh nhớ phô tô ra nhiều tờ, để mỗi lần nộp thì có DOCUMENT COVER SHEET này mà nộp, và đặt ở trang đầu tiên.
* NVC yêu cầu anh gửi thêm giấy khai sinh.

Lịch visa hiện nay của diện F1: F1 : 15.01.2009, còn ngày ưu tiên của Anh là Priority Date: 09AUG2009, nghĩa là ít nhất còn 7 tháng nữa mới tới ngày ưu tiên của Anh, và còn phụ thuộc lịch visa hàng tháng tăng hay giảm nữa. Trước mắt, theo dõi toàn bộ bài của Anh từ lúc đầu tới nay, thì hồ sơ của Anh đã hoàn thành, vậy là không có vấn đề gì về checlist nữa, vậy yên tâm rồi. Chỉ đợi ngày ưu tiên tới nữa mà thôi. Sắp tới đích rồi. Cố gắng thêm, Anh nhé.

sau khi đã được cấp visa sang Mỹ định cư thì những tài sản tại VN mình sẽ cần làm gì để chuyển qua Mỹ? có thể qua Mỹ trước để làm thẻ Bank tại USA rồi sau đó mình về VN làm thủ tục chuyển tiền từ VN qua USA được ko vậy? làm thẻ Bank tại Mỹ có gặp khó khăn không vậy? và mình có bị mất quyền hưởng những chính sách trợ cấp ưu đãi của chính phủ Mỹ cho những người mới qua định cư ko vậy?
