Summary Information
To process your case, you must first pay any required fees. Then, each applicant accompanying the principal
applicant to the United States will need to complete the online IV Application (form DS*260). The IV Application may
be partially completed and finished later, or may be completed at one time. However, once submitted, please contact the NVC if you need to update the form.
After submitting the DS*260, mail all supporting documentation (as listed on the Documents the Applicant Must Submit web page) for each applicant to the NVC.
Once received, it will take the NVC 2 to 4 weeks to review your case. If any additional information is required after the review, the NVC will notify the applicant (or the applicant’s agent).

Anh/Chị cho mình hỏi:
1/ Dựa vào bảng check hồ sơ trên thì hồ sơ mình đang tới giai đoạn nào ạ?
2/ Gia đình mình có làm đơn khiếu nại tuổi cho mình, sau đó đã được cho phép đóng tiền visa và điền đơn DS-260 cho mình luôn có nghĩa là đã khiếu nại tuổi thành công rồi phải không ạ?

Nội dung trên NVC thông báo như sau:

Đã nhận được đơn Form DS-260 của các thành viên trong gia đình bạn, và để xử lý trường hợp này, trước tiên bạn phải trả bất kỳ khoản phí cần thiết. Sau đó NVC họ sẽ có thời gian xem xét từ 2 - 4 tuần lễ.
Khi nào gia đình bạn nhận được thư mời phỏng vấn mà có tên bạn, thì lúc đó mới chắc chắn là khiếu nại tuổi CSPA của bạn đã thành công.
