Mình có gửi email cho Lãnh sự quán Mỹ bên Việt Nam thì họ trả lời là thư mời phỏng vấn của mình họ đã gửi từ ngày 03/08 và ngày PV của mình là 21/09. Nhưng đến bây giờ ở nhà mình vẫn chưa nhận được thư mời PV nữa, và họ yêu cầu mình phải nói cho họ biết để họ xếp lại lịch PV cho mình. Bây giờ mình không biết phải gửi mail như thế nào nữa. Đây là mail mình nhận được từ Lãnh sự quán bên Việt Nam. Anh/Chị xem và giúp mình với.
Please be advised that any applicant who missed their interview for any reason must submit a re-scheduling request in writing via an inquiry form on our website at: http://vn.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/immigrant-visa-inquiry-form/. A new interview will be scheduled approximately two to three months after we receive the online request.
The beneficiary's case may be terminated if the beneficiary fails to pursue the application within one year from today.
Please note that as the Consulate General contacts applicants and petitioners by postal mail so it is important that all mailing addresses in the case record be correct and current. Bạn đã bị lỡ cuộc hẹn phỏng vấn vào ngày 21/09 rồi. Theo như nội dung email trên thì cuộc hẹn phỏng vấn tới phải chờ khoảng từ 2 - 3 tháng sau, khi bạn đã hoàn tất việc gửi email cho họ theo như địa chỉ như trang web ở trên.
Bây giờ bạn cần phải liên hệ gấp với LSQ Hoa Kỳ tại TP.HCM, theo hướng dẫn sau:

P/s: Bạn cho rằng không nhận được thư mời phỏng vấn, thì sao lại biết được ngày phỏng vấn của mình là 21/09 vậy?

Mình gửi thư xin lại ngày PV thì nhận được email này. Mình có cho họ địa chỉ mới để nhận thư mời PV cho tiện, còn địa chỉ cũ lúc làm hồ sơ thì mình không đổi. Vậy mình có cần phải gửi mail lại không hay chỉ chờ thôi.
