Chào bạn PhuongChau . Minh không biết tháng mấy nhưng hồ sơ của mình là nhờ văn phòng luật sư bên mỹ làm và nói là đã hoàn tất cách nay đã lâu khoảng hơn nũa năm rồi nhưng lúc trước cũng theo sự hướng dẫn từ diễn đàn mình có gửi email cho NVC đễ hỏi tình trạng hồ sơ . Nhưng vì sai xót mấy chổ nên không nhận được trả lời , tháng trươc mình có email để gửi cho NVC và vào ngày 27/03 thì mình nhận được email trả lời tư NVC là hồ sơ đã được complete , đại khái là kêu mình không bán nhà , không nghĩ viêc ...Vậy theo kinh nghiệm của Bạn thi khoảng 2 tháng nữa mình được phỏng vấn không ? Xin cám ơn Bạn !

Xin chào các ACE trên diễn đàn . Bạn phuongchau ơi cho tôi hỏi chút xíu như thế nầy . Hồ sơ của anh tôi ngày PD là 24/06/2005 đã cõ có giấy mời phỏng vấn vào ngày 01/06/2017 , bạn cho tôi hỏi lí lịch tư pháp số 2 hết hạn vậy LLTP mới mình có cần phải dịch sang tiếng anh không? hồ sơ của tôi sau anh tôi 2 tuần PD là 07/07/2005 hy vọng sau 2 tuần nữa cũng sẽ có thư mời phỏng vấn . Xin cám ơn Bạn nhiều !
Nếu Lý lịch Tư pháp số 2 của anh bạn hết hạn, thì phải đi làm lại giấy mới có mộc đỏ, mang theo lúc phỏng vấn, không cần phải dịch thuật sang tiếng Anh.

Xin chào bạn phuongchau ! phuongchau ơi cho tôi hỏi trong bộ hồ sơ bảo lảnh của gia đinh anh tôi đã có thư mời phỏng vấn vào ngày 01/06/20017 nầy , anh tôi có đi nhờ dịch vụ sáp xếp hồ sơ và họ nói bộ I864 đã hết hạn phải làm lai cái mới , hộ chiếu của Ba tôi cũng hết hạn và khai sanh của Ba tôi không có phải cần giấy cãn cước cũ . Xin hỏi phuongchau là họ nói như vậy có đúng không ? ngày ưu tiên hồ sơ của gia đinh anh tôi là 24/06/2005, HCM2009743168 , còn của gia đình tôi là PD07/07/2005 . HCM2010766150 xin nhờ phuongchau trả lời giúp dùm đễ tôi biết mà chuẩn bị , tại vì tôi nghĩ là hồ sơ nhà tôi cũng chuẫn bị có thư mời phỏng vấn . Xin cảm ơn phuongchau !

Thường trong thư mời phỏng vấn LSQ sẽ yêu cầu những giấy tờ mang theo để phỏng vấn, gia đình anh bạn cứ theo đó mà thực hiện cho đúng, vậy là được rồi.

Chào phuongchau ! phuongchau ơi cho tôi hỏi la hôm qua gia đinh nhà anh tôi có đi nhờ dịch vụ để đãng kí chich ngừa và khám sức khỏe nhưng tôi thấy họ lấy hẹn khám sức khỏe và chich ngừa nó sai qui trìng theo như tôi biết trên diễn đàn chia sẽ, là họ nói khám sức khỏe trước rồi chiều 2 giờ mới chích ngừa . Nếu chưa chích ngừa thì làm sau có giấy vàng để khám sức khỏe ? và khám sức khỏe để di định cư Mỹ là chỉ lấy máu xét nghiệm giang mai chứ đâu phải khám tìm bệnh đâu mà không cho ãn ( phải nhịn đói ) không biết như vậy có đúng không xin nhờ phuongchau giải thich dùm . Tiền lệ phí Thẻ xanh trước đây là $165, còn hiện nay theo quy định mới đã là $220. Muốn đóng ở Việt Nam, hay sau này sang Mỹ đóng cũng được, miễn sao mỗi thành viên khi xuất cảnh định cư đều phải hoàn tất khoản tiền llệ phí này, thì mới được cấp Thẻ xanh, đó là quyền lợi của gia đình. Đợi sau khi phỏng vấn thành công được LSQ đồng ý cấp visa, thì mới bắt đầu tiến hành đóng, nếu như gia đình bạn muốn đóng ở Việt Nam.
Xin chào ACE trên diễn đàn ! theo mình thấy F3 chác là ít hồ sơ nên ít thấy ai vô diễn đàn nhưng sao lịch visa tháng nầy lại bò nữa , tãng 2 tuần thôi , cứ tưởng PD ngày 07/07/2005 thì lich visa tháng nầy sẽ vượt qua , nào ngờ đâu chỉ 01/07/2005 lại phải đợi visa tháng tới nữa . Ôi lại tiếp tục chờ !!!!!!!!!!!!

Gia đình anh của tôi có ngày phỏng vấn là 01/06/2017 nên gia đình anh tôi đã đãng kí chích ngừa và khám sưc khỏe ở bệnh viện chợ rẫy nhưng khám sức khỏe trươc vào buổi sáng và chích ngừa vào 2 giờ chiều ngày 09/05/2017 khi lấy máu xét nghiệm giang mai xong thì chị tôi có hỏi xong chưa thì nhân viên y tế bảo là xong rồi nên chị tôi mới ãn mấy cái bánh , tại vì lúc đó cũng đói rồi ,hơn 9 giờ sáng khi mà kêu vô đễ khám tổng quát gì đó thì nhân viên y tế nói ãn rồi khám không được và hẹn lại hôm sau . phuongchau cho tôi hỏi là có phải là khám sức khỏe đi mỹ là qui trình khám như vậy không ? ( phải nhịn ãn ) tại tôi thấy phuongchau chia sẽ đường link giá tiền và qui trinh
