Chị ơi, e vừa nhận được thư NVC gửi, khi nào e có thư mời pvấn ạ?
Hồ sơ của bạn có ngày ưu tiên là 19/01/2016, so với lịch visa hiện nay đã qua ngày ưu tiên. Nhưng phải hoàn tất các thủ tục tại trung tâm visa thì mới được quyền phỏng vấn. Thông thường là như vậy.
Email này NVC chỉ nói chung chung sẽ thông báo cho bạn sau khi họ xem xét hồ sơ bạn, nếu đầy đủ, họ sẽ xếp lịch phỏng vấn cho bạn: “NVC will notify you after our review if there is additional information required or if we are able to schedule your case for an interview”, chứ chưa có nói chính xác hồ sơ bạn đã hoàn tất.
Trung tâm visa thường phát thư phỏng vấn vào cuối tháng và đầu tháng, nếu kịp thì xin cho tháng 2 này phỏng vấn. Nhưng ít nhất hồ sơ phải hoàn tất và nhận được thư hoàn tất của trung tâm visa đã. Cám ơn bạn.

Không có việc gửi đơn xin phỏng vấn sớm trong tháng 2 tới, như yêu cầu đâu bạn. Nếu như vậy, thì ai cũng sẽ nôn nóng mà xin phỏng vấn sớm cả. Mà phải dựa vào năng lực làm việc của LSQ Hoa Kỳ tại TP.HCM, cũng như còn tùy thuộc vào trường hợp của mỗi hồ sơ khác nhau. Vì thế nên bạn phải cố gắng chờ thêm thời gian nữa.
