Hiện tại diện visa F4 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 22/10/2004, và mở hồ sơ đến trước ngày 01/04/2005, hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 06/10/2004. Vậy hồ sơ của gia đình bạn đã nhận được thông báo mở từ NVC xong chưa? và tại thời điểm này hồ sơ gia đình bạn đã thực hiện được xong những phần gì rồi? nếu hồ sơ chưa được mở, thì post thông tin lên đây cho tôi biết. Tôi sẽ tư vấn, hướng dẫn cho bạn cách liên hệ với NVC, để hỏi hồ sơ sắp được mở chưa? Vậy nhé bạn.

The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant’s visa application.
NVC schedules appointments one month in advance. The U.S. Embassy tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments as they become documentarily qualified. Most appointments are set within three months of NVC’s receipt of all requested documentation. Đơn Form DS-260 là trực tuyến online đã điền và bấm Submit gửi đi cho NVC rồi, thì không thể chỉnh sửa lại được nữa. Khi đi phỏng vấn bạn mang theo cả 2 hộ khẩu của vợ và con ở Quận 3, cũng như của bạn ở Quận Phú Nhuận. Nếu như Viên chức có hỏi đến, thì bạn trình cho họ xem, hoặc là muốn chỉnh sửa địa chỉ trong Form DS-260 phải báo với họ, để nhờ giúp chỉnh sửa lại.
