Em chào các anh chị. Sau khi em gửi mail cho NVC thì em nhận được mail như sau. Mong anh chị giải đáp dùm em.

Nếu hồ sơ gia đình bạn đã hoàn tất complete xong rồi, thì chỉ chờ nhận thư phỏng vấn nữa thôi. Thời gian chờ đợi đã trên 10 năm, thì tiếp tục chờ thêm thời gian ngắn nữa thôi có vấn đề gì đâu. Trong thời gian chờ đợi này bạn nên tranh thủ vào diễn đàn xem thêm các bài hướng dẫn về: cách sắp xếp hồ sơ phỏng vấn, kiểm tra khám sức khỏe và chích ngừa. Để đến thời điểm khi nhận được thư mời phỏng vấn sẽ không cảm thấy bối rối, vì đã có bước chuẩn bị sẵn tốt rồi.

Trước đây khi gia đình bạn điền đơn Form DS-260, và bấm Submit để gửi đi cho NVC, có thực hiện đúng theo những thao tác này hay không?
Người bảo lãnh, cũng như người được bảo lãnh phải tự mình sắp xếp hồ sơ mang theo lúc phỏng vấn, chứ không có việc NVC gửi giấy tờ về cho bạn để mang đi phỏng vấn đâu.

Người bảo lãnh, cũng như người được bảo lãnh phải tự mình sắp xếp hồ sơ mang theo lúc phỏng vấn, chứ không có việc NVC gửi giấy tờ về cho bạn để mang đi phỏng vấn đâu.

Cho em hỏi. Hồ sơ của chị em là ngày 10-9 này đi phỏng vấn. Nhưng khi đi khám sức khỏe ở IOM thì đương đơn chính không có gì. Đương đơn phụ thì chuyển vô chợ rẫy để thử đàm. Vây cho e hỏi là nếu chuyển như vậy là bệnh rồi phải không. Tại IOM và bên chợ rẫy kêu là đến ngày đó vẫn đi phỏng vấn đi. Nếu mà xui mà ở lại thì đương đơn chính có được đi trước không. Với lại bệnh thì mình tự chữa trị hay là bệnh viện chợ rẫy sẽ cho mình hướng điều trị riêng.

Đương đơn chính nếu không có gì vậy thì tốt rồi. Còn đương đơn phụ phải chuyển vô Bệnh viện Chợ Rẫy thử đàm, thì có khả năng là đã bị vấn đề về phổi. Nếu bị bệnh phổi thì phải điều trị tại nơi này theo thời gian chỉ định của Bệnh viện cho đến khi hết bệnh, chứ không thể tự mình chữa trị ở nơi nào khác được, vì như thế sẽ không đúng theo yêu cầu chỉ định của LSQ, cũng như họ không chấp nhận kết quả từ nơi nào khác hết.
Đương đơn chính có thể đi trước, còn đương đơn phụ thuộc phải ở lại điều trị bệnh cho đến khi kết quả tốt hết bệnh, thì đi sau.

Nếu gia đình bạn ở tại TP.HCM thì từ 3 - 5 ngày, còn các tỉnh, thành phố khác thì từ 7 - 10 ngày.

Em phỏng vấn đậu rồi. Đến nay cũng 8 ngày rồi mà e chưa nhận được visa nữa. Nhà em ở tphcm. Cho e hỏi mình có cách nào hỏi visa mình hiện đang ở đâu. Và khi nào có nhận được không.
Trường hợp 2
Hôm nay chị em đi phỏng vấn. Do là chồng của chị đó không có hồ sơ khám sức khỏe. Vì là hôm bữa chuyển qua bệnh viện chợ rẫy thử đầm. Nên hôm nay đi phỏng vấn LSQ có nói khi nào có hồ sơ khám sức khỏe thì mới giải quyết cho 2 vợ chồng đi. Cho em hỏi là bên IOM và chợ rẫy không cho điều trị bất cứ gì. Vậy sao mình biết khi nào mà lên IOM. Hay là hết bệnh được. Khi nào mình có hồ sơ khám sức khỏe từ IOM
