Không thể đoán chính xác được thời gian khi nào thì hồ sơ bạn được USCIS xem xét chấp thuận Approval Date. Vì tùy thuộc vào trường hợp của mỗi hồ sơ khác nhau. Khi nào hồ sơ được chấp thuận rồi, thì từ USCIS chuyển sang NVC, nơi này sẽ cấp số hồ sơ Case Number HCM cho bạn, nhưng bạn phải chủ động liên hệ để hỏi.

It can take at least six weeks for the National Visa Center (NVC) to receive an approved petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and enter it in the U.S. Department of State's database system.
