Mình mới nhận được email của NVC; theo như email thì bên phía người bảo lãnh sẽ đóng phí và hoàn tất giấy tờ thuế của người bảo lãnh (là ba mẹ và em gái mình) Sau khi hoàn tất thì mình phải bổ sung giấy tờ cá nhân (giấy khai sinh, hộ chiếu, giấy chứng nhận tình trạng hôn nhân-độc thân, hộ khẩu, CMND, Lý lịch Tư pháp (Toàn bộ phải dịch thuật và có công chứng; kèm theo đó là hoàn thành form DS-260).
Theo như mình hiểu là vậy đúng chưa nhỉ, ngoài ra hộ chiếu mình tới tháng 02/2020 là hết hạn, mình có cần phải làm hộ chiếu mới trước khi photo, công chứng để nộp hồ sơ không nhỉ, rất cảm ơn sự giúp đỡ và tư vấn của ad.

If you need to contact NVC, please follow the instructions at https://nvc.state.gov/ask. NVC may send questions, instructions, and status updates to your CEAC account. If we do this you will receive an email asking you to log into your CEAC account to review a message from NVC.
IMPORTANT:
If you do not log into CEAC or communicate with NVC regarding this immigrant visa case for a period of one year, by law the Department of State must terminate your visa application.
