Em sinh ngày 10/11/1994. Anh của em sinh ngày 08/11/1992
Cho em hỏi là nếu như sang năm đến lượt gia đình em thì em và anh của em có được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình không ạ ? Nếu không được thì khiếu nại về chương trình tuổi CSPA thì làm như thế nào ạ ?

Cho em hỏi chuyện ngoài lề về vấn đề hồ sơ của gia đình em chút ạ. Lịch Mở Hồ Sơ này là ưu tiên những hồ sơ nào được nộp trong ngày 1/12/2006 là được đi phỏng vấn hở anh/chị? Em cảm ơn anh/chị !
Bạn cần phải phân biệt cho rỏ 2 lịch khác nhau (1 là lịch visa của tháng 06, còn 2 là lịch mở hồ sơ).
- Lịch visa tháng 06/2019 tức là giải quyết xem xét cho những hồ sơ đã hoàn tất complete tại NVC xong rồi, sau đó mới được xếp lịch phỏng vấn (như lịch ở trên).
- Lịch mở hồ sơ (cho các hồ sơ có ngày ưu tiên như trên).
P/s: Hồ sơ của gia đình bạn đã được chấp thuận Approval Date lâu rồi. Và tôi cũng đã tư vấn, hướng dẫn cho bạn là phải liên hệ với NVC để hỏi số hồ sơ Case Number HCM của mình. Vậy tại thời điểm này, bạn đã thực hiện xong chưa? Mà lại đi hỏi lăng tăng chuyện ngoài lề là sao vậy? Khi nào chính thức có số HCM đi, rồi post lên đây cho tôi biết, thì mới được tư vấn, hướng dẫn tiếp tục. Vậy nhé bạn.
